Ok, bored of cleaning now
All excited about the postman coming today, hoping he'll have a stash of acceptance letters and my lovely new bookI've even got the phone plugged in again! Can't believe the difference between now and this time last week! I'm still Olympic Hovering a bit but who knows what next week will bring! I'm even planning a trip to Ikea  maybe I shouldn't run before I can walk though :rotfl:

Morning All
The sun is shining and the OH sorted ou his HBOS payments last night so everything in this garden is rosy for the moment. Although OH was told by HBOS that they couldn't reduce the interest to 0% as we were paying too much!!! We are actually paying about 0.76% of the total. So because we are paying this amount they have to charge 6% interest, which is better that the 26.9% they were charging but where is the logic in this and why do they all have different rules? M&S were miffed and didn't want to accept because it was under 1% and according to them, not enough!!! I am confused but in a sunny way, at least its one more that is sorted out for the moment. Off to work now.More than Two Years in

True - That wasn't very long cleaning, I'm eagerly awaiting the postie as I know statements are due any time now, so want to see what they say!
Glad to hear things are better for you this week, keep smiling0 -
Morning all!
My intro.... I am 30, female, live in Kent and work in the City (London). I have about 50k of debt and am hoping to be debt free by July 2014.
I have received all my bits from cccs and am in the process of gathering all my paperwork together to send to them. Still waiting for news about my new account - hopefully this will not take too long as I need to change all my d/debits by next week as well as Salary payment information. Dont want to have to wait another month before I can get the ball rolling with all of this!
Anyway - nice to "meet" you all - here's to 6 years time and all debt free with a super credit rating which none of us will need or want!

Doesn't take me long to get bored when it comes to cleaning unfortunately! Hoping a cup of coffee and a giggle at Jeremy Kyle might spur me on a bitPaddle #8 DFW Nerd #12840 -

I totally agree about the brainiacs, this made me laugh- Can i make the tea too please? I too only have GCSE's. Where do I post my CV?
LOSING- I did not tell my husband at first as I wanted to know I had all the support/guidance from CCCS and MSE forum, that I could make this better myself (it was me who got into this mess!!). Once I had spoken to CCCS and viewing this forum I knew I could do it. I have since made him aware that yes, I am in trouble with my finances £31,000 in debt, he does not know how much but he knows that I am now in control and will be debt free in 2018. I hope this helps a little. Ihave spoken to CCCS and they have been so supportive, it was them that gave me the courage.Live for Today, Nobody is guaranteed Tomorrow:happylove0
