    Awwww you're a lovely mummy Sammy :)

I wouldn't say that Suzy but I am very strict on some things....like please, thank you and respect etc etc.....(it doesn't always work tbh!) but other things I am really relaxed about ....

and I am absolutely terrible when it comes to things like school, I think I am a bit anti establishment on the quiet.....I am NOT a good example....

I used ot have them too, cept we got a little card to prove we were the poor ones (even more embarassing in a grammar school where 1/2 the parents were doctors and lawyers and the other 1/2 were private school nob ends)

Ames, you might need to check your firewall (probably a windows one, so go to the control panel, think it's security settings and then on the firewall, then settings and exceptions. You might need to set Napster as an exception....which I would have explained on the other thread had people not been uppity and had PMT (pre-mechanical-tension) That or their battery powered fannies had failed them.

That's exactly my definition of a lovely mummy!!
YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)

really....it's not hard to understand :T
  • Lou-of course you are invited you Naanaa heed. You aren't on FB anymore so couldn't send you group invited.

Becky-I think we all aspire to different things and there isn't a sport on Earth I would do if I couldn't wear lipgloss. I HAVE to wear it because I get really dry lips and I have many many friends who run a marathon each weekend and they all wear mascara. (But then, maybe all my friends are high maintenance like me??!)

Lou-do degree and stop worrying about how you got to your destination-you're THERE and you deserve it.

I am still suffering from bodily 'issues' and its really getting me down now. Calling Dr tomorrow and INSISTING on being seen by specialist-its not right for a person to suffer this way-it is affecting every area of my life-I can't even RUN !!!!!! because of it. (Far too graphic and I imagine you ladies who have never had chidlren think I am being a drama queen but certain things are not an option-will leave it at that) I am thinking fybroids as had them on womb with each pregnancy but I can say hand on heart I WANT A HYSTEROCTOMY

    Right, enough whinging from me.

See but my mum was like that Sammy and both of us have good degrees ;) You want to rebel against your parents so I think it worked to our benefit that she wasnt really bothered by schoolwork too much :)

Bookie - I'm not going as I have another party to go too so I am being really cheeky - but could one of the others pick you up on the way??

Kraft don't make cream eggs do they.

I can't come to the party obviously. Shame cos it's not too far away.

I have different coal and it's very hot.

No but Kraft are trying to take over Cadbury.... I was obviously thinking of the more important things in life today....

  • Sal-sweetheart, I know you want B to do well, and she is clearly a very clever little lady but don't push her. I had horrific handwriting as a child-mainly because I am left handed-but regardless had to take 'lessons' on how to write. It will come with time and if it doesn't hey, ho.

My SIL has a degree and is a teacher and writes like a chicken scratches...my other best friend is a DC for CID and writes like a 2 year old. It obviously hasnt hindered them in anyway. Let B enjoy school, there will plenty of time for her to hone her skills.
