Becky-I think we all aspire to different things and there isn't a sport on Earth I would do if I couldn't wear lipgloss. I HAVE to wear it because I get really dry lips and I have many many friends who run a marathon each weekend and they all wear mascara. (But then, maybe all my friends are high maintenance like me??!)
Lou-do degree and stop worrying about how you got to your destination-you're THERE and you deserve it.
I am still suffering from bodily 'issues' and its really getting me down now. Calling Dr tomorrow and INSISTING on being seen by specialist-its not right for a person to suffer this way-it is affecting every area of my life-I can't even RUN !!!!!! because of it. (Far too graphic and I imagine you ladies who have never had chidlren think I am being a drama queen but certain things are not an option-will leave it at that) I am thinking fybroids as had them on womb with each pregnancy but I can say hand on heart I WANT A HYSTEROCTOMY
Right, enough whinging from me.
I would insist they remove it right away....why suffer when you don;t have to.....sorry if that sounds flippant to anyone....doesn't mean to...I just know how badly bunny is feeling right now....Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

I had horrific handwriting as a child-mainly because I am left handed-but regardless had to take 'lessons' on how to write. It will come with time and if it doesn't hey, ho.
My SIL has a degree and is a teacher and writes like a chicken scratches...my other best friend is a DC for CID and writes like a 2 year old. It obviously hasnt hindered them in anyway. Let B enjoy school, there will plenty of time for her to hone her skills.
Thank you :iloveyou:I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

and I am absolutely terrible when it comes to things like school, I think I am a bit anti establishment on the quiet.....
And remind me again why that's a bad thing?"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

See but my mum was like that Sammy and both of us have good degrees
You want to rebel against your parents so I think it worked to our benefit that she wasnt really bothered by schoolwork too much
Bookie - I'm not going as I have another party to go too so I am being really cheeky - but could one of the others pick you up on the way??
My mother was so alternative...think Edina mixed with Patsy from Ab fab and you are nearly there....but she was so strict when it came to schooling and boys and everything...I just rebelled totally - I got up to so much that she doesn't know about that I think the same thing...Quality is doing something right when no one is looking - Henry Ford

:rotfl: just had to quote this again obviously.....never been called a lovely mummy before...
Can't keep up tonight!
How organised do you think I am? :rotfl:
Haven't given it a thought yet...I thought I would see who is coming and who is bringing kids and what they are doing with them etc etc......what you doing with B...I know Chloe would love to see her again.
Why can't you come Bookie?
And this is where I need to change I think...My first thoughts are always what will I do with B, then I think whether its doable for me.I'll make a wish, take a chance, make a change And breakaway. I'll take a risk, take a chance, make a change and breakaway ....

The school dinner thing now (well at my 2 dd's schools) is much better - both school operate a cashless canteen so you have a prepaid swipe card to use for lunch, the credit for free meals goes on each day so no-ones any the wiser.
Which is great as they're both getting them at the moment.

My OH can't even read his own writing...I can decipher it better than he can.....
