hey rich i'm doing good hows you are you ready and excited?

snaggles your breastfeeding no wonder your starving i was the same when i did it ....although i have been eating healthy i havnt as yet cut down my portions i'm that used to going so long without food that when i do get it i have huge portions so will need to tackle that next maybe next week trying to get used to the rest of the plan first ...well i didnt manage to get any excercise done whilst doing volunteer work which was frustrating for me i was chomping at the bit wanting to go and walk...will make a concerted effort tomorrow ...hope everyone is doing good

Thanks elan, I have been feeling better these couple of days - but I think its a long term thing and I will speak to the Doc onboard when we sail. I'm taking various threads off here with me to read which will keep me going. Well since you asked.....I saw a woman in Helensburgh run across the road in front of me the other day. She had a pink top on, and pinkish trousers (and she had big boobs!). And believe it or not, I thought, 'Wonder if that is elan?'

me in pink i'm shocked at you ...have the big boobs though i know you cant give exact times etc and i know it's soon but is it really soon till you go? depression is a long term issue for most people i think and i have no doubt you'll be dreading the time you are gonna be away from your son and wife shame you cant sneak on here as well

Um.. lenny, they have submarines in scotland?? Actually until I met you I never really thought about them existing anywhere other than in a sean connery movie, but def not scotland.

Hello el, glad things are all ticking along for you. I've missed a bunch of your diary so wondered if you've any news from the solicitor yet?

I wish there was somewhere nice to walk around here, we just have exhaust fume ridden streets. A bit further out we have some farmer's fields which are just flat and full of things growing. I did walk to the shop today though to get some butter, all 500 yards.
