truthfully i think it is an insult so does the lawyer and other people i have spoken to about it the recomendation is that i dont take it ..the court date isnt till jan so hopefully i will get another offer in before then ...i think they thought that if they offered just before xmas i would be desperate enough to take it ...little do they realise i'm a dfw mser now so xmas aint gonna stress me out lol0
