How have I missed this?! I know I said I'd step back from this one cause I was starting early, but it seems everyone is. Please add me to the list Poddle! :D

Starting weight is 10st and I want to get down to 9st.

Haven't really done much on the diet other than watching what I eat, going to start the fitness DVDs & treadmill again this afternoon. Going to sign up to foodfocus too. Maybe.

    Hi Poddle.

Glad you had a good holiday - so jealous!

Ca I join this challenge too please. I'd already said about losing weight on Dinah's thread but haven't lost any yet and like the idea of the wibble bum challenge :rotfl: I've put my target at 38lbs but I will carry on after that to get to about 9stone but atm I'd be happy with 10stone. I've started the Weight Watchers 3 month thing through Topcashback and am finding it really helpful to document what I eat every day and work out points. I did go on the treadmill yesterday for 20 minutes but had to give up after 5 as my 10 week old puppy leapt on it and we both nearly broke our necks!!!!

    Anyway, good luck everyone xx
Let's start again (really need a kick up the bum now) :wall:

Well food focus is working again (so you can have your brekkie Dinah!!) and I only came out at 27 cals over yesterday, and that was being really honest with the chocs and wine! And I reckon those 27 cals will have been used up luggin about OH's king size electric blanket around town (He'd asked me to get it for him, I wasn't carrying his bedding about!) - I only document exercise if it actually is exercise though.

ETA - Pilchard and Poddle, if I signed up to the WW 3 month trial thing, would I get access to the recipes etc? And would this run out at the end of the trial, ie my password would expire? Might join up after the talk of Morroccan Chicken yesterday! How was it BTW??

[STRIKE]Morning[/STRIKE] Afternoon ladies! How is everyone? Any confessions thus far? Just tea, cereal and a banana for me, but I am desperate to stop for lunch - had a superbusy morning!

    Welcome Ilovetea! And good luck!

Hey Cinny, I'll put you down for a stone! It's kind of nice that everyone's starting at different times as it's not uber competitive! Especially as everyone loses weight at different speeds

Good luck with the WW Pilchard! Blimey, puppy + treadmill does sound like a recipe for disaster but well done on the exercise :D

Dinah, I only managed 45 mins exercise with four fully-functioning limbs!

Dinner was yum! I think it's definitely worth joining for the 3 months and you'll be able to reach goal in that time too! You'll have access to all recipes, points tracking and community etc. I'm busily printing out lots of recipes for the future!

Oooh, how much is it to join WW for the 3 month trial thing? I'd like to try that but can't believe how much it usually costs!

Hello LMMS and ilovetea! Nice to have you on board!

I weighed myself again this morning out of curiosity and overnight 2lbs have dropped off! I hate being a woman with stupid fluctuating body weight and hormones!

I hope Just Dance arrives tomorrow, I'm excited to get dancing! I did another 40 mins dancing like a loon on HSM Dance last night, even after all the practice I've put in I'm still awful, but my word it's fun!
Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!

And that's why you should only weigh yourself once a week... :rotfl: I'm totally guilty of it too, but trying to shake the habit!

Oh wow, I'd love to have an exercise that I enjoy! And that I can do in my own house without going out in the freeeeeezing cold. (In addition to miscellaneous aerobics that is...) Got to get back to spinning, but it books up so quickly now with everyone trying to shift the post-Xmas weight. Is Just Dance the one on the advert where everyone wants to join in?!

Yes it is but no-one will be able to join in at my house because we only have one controller!

Weights and pilates are a lot easier than cardio though!

This morning I had a WW bagel toasted with 20g cheese spread (a lot less cals than butter or marg and stronger tasting so need less!), then for lunch I have the super healthy innocent veg pot of a daal curry of lentils, chickpeas, spinach, butternut squash etc, so I still have over 700 cals left for the day, even if I do no weights tonight.
