Well havent managed to do a thing this morning, despite all my good intentions.

Instead decided to walk into town (3 miles away) and back again to put some cheques in the bank. Managed not to spend anything while in town and think I might just have decluttered some surplus fat instead :) (I hope).

Going away again till Friday now, so see you all then. Will have the whole of Friday and the weekend to catch up and see what can be accomplished.

Dot2dot - clear some clutter from one place; clear some clutter from another place; clear the clutter in between - joining the dots so to speak (I didnt know a couple of weeks ago either)!

    Hi,

    In my HHC i

    Put dry dishes away
    Washed up
    S & S Kitchen

Plus a few things from my list above.

I'm going to do another HHC at 1.20 if anyone fancies it?
  • Still no flying done here at all this week......

My mum called me last night whilst I was at college to say our dear dog had died.

I was gutted and burst into tears. He was 12.5 so quite old and I had him when I lived at home (10 years ago).

I'm devastated to say the least. Last night I had planned to get home from college and do Monday and Tuesday to catch up on what I’d missed as I was supposed to be doing my training to be a volunteer mentor tonight but instead I got in and cried my eyes out.

Tonight I am seeing my mum and taking her a Chinese. We lost my dad on Boxing day 05 so for her it is like another massive loss now as she has lost her little mate.

I will see what time I get in tonight and try to do a little something as I have cancelled my mentor training and booked on a later session and if not I will catch up tomorrow.

Sorry to put a downer on things, I’m just so sad and at work with not really anyone to talk to :(
It's nice to be nutty but's more important to be nice

Some people take their sofa cushions off and find money, or a treasure map, or strings of pearls or Uncle Cyril's long lost will.

    My haul?

Two toffee wrappers, a dead snail , 3 pencils (two without leads) and a biro, and one of those keys you used to get on tins of sardines.....:confused::confused::confused:

We don't even eat sardines! (DH hates them). And I only took the sofa apart very recently....

On a happier note, I have just cleaned my sitting room and (da-da-da-di-dah!) I didn't find a single horrible spider. Those of you who have been following my exploits for a while will know what a significant day this is for me. :T:T:T

(And before anyone points out that it is Winter :p, we have pholcus phalangioides spiders which breed all year round :D)
