MrsChaos I would go for the bigger TD as i think in the long run it would benefit you more and you would still have shelves in the cellar but not so many and it might make you declutter a bit more? - Bottom line to me would be what is going to be most beneficial to you and help the most - by the sound of things getting the work surface back would be good too.
toochoosey DD can get a star too if she works really hard and keeps it tidy to your expectations and if you think she deserves it but you need to be firm - no tantrums and the more she does herself the better!!!!:rotfl:

1 step honey we are here for all sorts of problems - yours is no less than anyone elses especially if has you in tears (((hugs))) you make sure you look your best tomorrow and like you say be cheerful but be on your guard - you do not need people who upset you - toxic as I call them. We will all be with you and waiting to hear how you got on - and if they give you any problems just tell me and I will be ther to poke them with pigpen's very sharp pointy stick!!!!!
LadyL - its not an easy situation honey (((hugs))) and I think you are doing really well - but if you are not feeling well his behaviour wont be helping - maybe you need to be even more separate within the house - leading your own lives?
