  • HellsBells - well done, and keep strong!

    In my 2xHHBlitz I

    * Cleared away all the pans and trays left drying on the oven o/night
    * Unpacked o/night DW load
    * Took down dry washing and put it all away
    * Packed some more charity clothes to take this p.m.
    * Hung up wet washing from o/night
    * Made a loaf of bread and some bread rolls for soup and left them to prove
    * Put loo cleaner down the loos
    * Strained the lamb stock left cooking o/night, and skimmed off the fat

Need to put a stew on for tonight, and clear the counters from all the cooking; then I'll be ready to clean the kitchen.

    First, a quick :coffee:

*drools* that is lovely! If I had the space it'd be on my wish list.

I've phoned the council tax and got that sorted, I was late :rolleyes: so will have a full bill (hate to think how much a full bill would be as I already pay £71 per month) but she said just to ignore it and they'll do me a new one, but no payments now till April :j feel better now as it's been niggling for a few weeks, I never learn

Washing needs to go upstairs and be put away, so will do that now, then peel the spuds for tea, need to find something to go with them.

  • Walked into the kitchen and then wish I hadn't!

Have done some washing up, cleaned the sink, decluttered the worktops of rubbish and stuff, moved bags of rubbish that DH has been keeping on kitchen floor  so I will remember to take them out once I've got dressed

Good morning everyone and many thanks for the warm welcome. I started my flying as soon as I did the school run and walked the dog and manged to finish what was on the list. I thought it would of been worse, but actually enjoyed the challenge. Had the music blearing and singing along, I quite enjoyed it.
    Catch you all later.

    Just a quick question,
Can anyone suggest a good remody for limescale. I use lemons and this is o.k for the less stubbon limescale, but OH tends to use Viakhal, which I hate. Many thanks.

    Morning all :j
Well I've done my level one and so I'm allowed to turn on the laptop. I've also been out for breakfast with DH who is on a late shift today and done the grocery shopping and so anything else is a bonus. My list to work through is elow and hopefully by posting it I will have an incentive to actually work through and do it!

    My own 'kitchen' extras:
    1. Black 'lead' polish the wood burning stove
    2. Clean the ovens properly
    3. Clean fridge and offer the contenets for medical research as it may contain a new strain of antibiotics!
Happy flying to all and hugs and love to those who need it. I will have a read through everybody's posts this evening when I come back to update on how I've done.
