Skint_Catt, I can't believe you turn your nose up at apple sauce and yet will eat animal heart, liver and lungs stuffed back into its stomach and boiled _pale_

    Hi again,

Sorry been away and just catching up with thread. Had similar conversation with OH, when giving him a hard time about eating faggots until I realised they are 'insides' too. Blech. (Or boke, Nic. Used to live in Caithness and they say 'Kowk')
  • Can you have wheat free pasta on the green and extra easy plan, thinking of going back to slimming world but have to avoid wheat and quite a few of the recipes contain pasta.
    Thanks

L: Baked Pot, Chicken Thigh (no skin), slice ham, lettuce, onion, pepper, cucumber, coleslaw

    Question:
i made the coleslaw myself. cabbage, carrot and onion. 4 Tbsp of Ex. Lite Mayo = 2 syns. It has made a big enough portion to last me a few meals. i had a heaped tablespoonful with my lunch; what sort of syns should i give myself for it!?? *insert confused smilie here*

Its only a couple of syns so not too bad. I always work on a weekly basis with syns and dont worry too much if I stay under 70 for the week. I used to save most of my syns for the weekend then have a few drinks and a takeaway, but as was mentioned recently Sw dont encourage that as you then binge more.
So its not really cheating if you keeping an eye on the syns, and if you have too many one day, then you simply have that many less the next day. Or if you only have 5 syns a day then you can have a few extra on the days you want a bigger treat. It all works out over the week.

  • Hi, my first time on here, I'm never gona b able to keep up, lol. My other half has started slimming world and I'm trying to help by doing it at home aswell, I found here very useful for new Ideas of things to eat. The hardest part we are findind is we both work 12 - 8pm so having our tea at a "normal" time is the part we are struggling with.

Im looking for a recipe for lasange without using quorn if anyone knows of any.

    Cheers Gemma
