Thanks Guys,
As i said earlier i joined a while back but less than 12mths, but now they have changed my shifts and cant attened i only managed the first one so never got to grip with it. so this is why i am asking the questions. Thank you consultant31 i have found the page you said about and will try and read it tomorrow when i have finished work, thats if i can stay awake, i am not getting much sleep, i am surprised i am getting so fat as i feeling so tired.which is making me so depressed.

hi i was a little upset with my 1 pound loss, till i thought no! you have lost 31 pound now and gone down 3 jean sizes!!!! now if anyone can help me with how to lose some more of my top half, as i am big up top. it doesn't seem to want to move from there at all!

welldone for staying at class, I found it so hard last week when I gained, but im glad I did as they were all supportive and it mad me more determined. Saying that not sure how I managed to lose 1lb this week as I wasnt 100%, but I still did better after going to the class than if id not bothered going.

WOW 3 jeans sizes thats amazing, welldone :T
Unfortuatnly the weight doesnt come off very evenly and never where you want it to come from, Ill always have thunderthighs no matter what I lose lol.
All I can suggest is more upper body exercises, maybe yoga for toning rather than muscle building, swimming etc.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Thanks SC for the sushi info, I keep meaning to look that up. When I was shopping with mum and my sisters last week they went to Starbuck for a coffee and a muffin (no fair) so I popped into M&S and picked up a 65g sushi snack pack. I sneakely eat that with a camomile tea while they ate their muffins. I enjoyed it so much I wasnt really bothered about missing out on the cake. Glad to know it was only 1 syn worth. I might have more sushi form now on.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0

Just sitting at the pc here in the kitchen looking out at the lovely morning, the sky is lovely and red, and noticed it was snowing. Argh it only just all melted and the paths cleared. Saying that I dont think it will lie ( I said that on the 20th of Dec too

going for E E today
B - 28g Shreddied wheat bitesize and a banana (heb,hea)
L - Baked potato and beans
D - chicken stirfry, might look for a low syn black bean sauce for this.
S - fruit and yoghurts, plan to drink at least 1 1/2 litres of water today.
Treats, kit kat later (depending on what sauce I have for tea) toast with a cuppa for supper. with low sugar jam 1 syn.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

Here's my plan for today,EE of course!:
B - bacon,egg,beans,pots,mushrooms,tomatoes,2 x tea (1 syn for sugar)
L - muesli (hea,heb),plums,mango,pineapple
D - steak,prawns,salad leaves,green beans,couscous,peas
Snacks - cooked gammon,muller
Syns - not sure yet,maybe coffee and a choc bar or crisps:T:jHalf a stone off,only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil,like women....;):D:p
Was 11 st 5,now 10 st 7,would like to be....9 stone0
