I have days when I can just eat and eat and eat - usually because I'm tired. Are you sleeping ok? Boredom also does it for me but I'm getting better at recognising those ones!

I don't think I am sleeping ok, some nights I simply can't settle despite being ready for bed. I'm a very light sleeper and can hear my OH snore through my ear plugs some nights!

I don't eat when I'm bored as I simply can't be bothered! It's more cravings I've been having that my tummy won't let me ignore!

Hi all, after my 1st weigh in yesterday where I had only lost 1/2lb I thought I would post my food diary each day just so I can get advice and make sure I am doing it right, here goes:

B - 2 quorn sausages, onions, tomatoes and mushrooms fryed in frylight. 2 pieces of ww bread (HeB)

L - Low fat cottage cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes. 2 ww yogurts

T - sw chips, homemade lentil Dahl(all free), frylight roasted peppers, mushrooms and onions.

Milk for coffee during the day (HeA)

Not had any Syns yet so was going to have a HiFi bar and a packet of walkers baked crisp. Will check the Syns soon.

Do you think this is ok? or am I doing something wrong??

Looks ok to me LJW. Are you drinking plenty of liquid (water, coffee, tea, squash etc)?

As you seem to have had a green day however you have another HEa & another HEb to use.

I haven't had a very good day today either. It involved another slice of birthday cake (which has all gone now thank goodness), some celebration chocolates and a chinese meal.
I will be back on the wagon tomorrow!

nic 2075 and Liz3yy - hope you feel better. New day tomorrow!

Hi Skint_Catt, thanks for your reply. I am on the easy plan as I am a veggie. Does that mean I don't have extra Hea and heb? I am also trying to drink more but only had around 4 cups of coffee today. If I drink more I am on the loo all day:eek:

EE includes meat but excludes 1 a and 1 b - there's no point in you doing EE if you don't eat meat! Green days are for the veggies. You should drink closer to 2 litres it'll help with weightloss.

Thanks for that Catt it makes sense, I hadn't realised. I will swop to green days. Luckily I bought the book 100 green recipes from sw so can make stuff from that.

I will try my best to drink more and know I need to.

    Thanks again.
