    Have been doing EE since starting at the beginning of the month until today but a bit confused :(

    B Marion's Rice with toffee ML and banana - free
    L Prawn, FF Fromage Frais , Pasta and salad
    D Homity Pie from SW mag and salad

    My confusion is that today looks like a green day but did I have too many HEx? If its a green day are the prawns a HEB? And the cheese seemed like a lot!!!

    slimming world start: 17.1.10 @ 200 lb's
    lost up to now - 7 lb's
    first target: 180 (this is waht i stuck to most of my life!)
    second target: 160 ( I haven't been this for over 10 years)
    third target: 138(my personal target)
    final target: 120 (this is what i was when i got married)

    Ok folks i am stupid, I keep reading the sw books that i had when i joined but have never been back since because of work. Now tell me is EE and red days and green days. are all diffirent. So next question is which one do i go for i have put 1 st on since i joined the wk they brought out EE i am getting very depressed. I have joined two classes this wk one is aqua spinning and the other is Aqua work out. now i just need all this Help from you lovely people, I just cant put meals together.
    Today i have had.
    B-porridge with a bananna
    L-Homemade Stew no pots.
    T-more stew with loadsof green veg.
    snack- grapes and M/L yog.
    which one do you think this comes under.:eek:

    Hi guys! Haven't been abe to catch up with u lot since Sunday since my dd stood on my laptop n cracked the screen! It's off for repair and I'm really missing uball and the encouragement on Herr! It's too ackward to keep catching up on my iPhone as the thread moves so fast!
    Congrats to all that has lost and an encouraging kick up the bum for those who have been a lil naughty! Tonight was WI for me and I got 2.5lb off and got my first 1/2 stone certificate! I'm very chuffed!! :) has gave me the push I needed tk keep going!!
    Hope everyone is doing well! Hope to get chatting properly again soon. Xx

    Hi walks - yes 3 different plans.

    it depends what veg etc went into your stew but as you've had meat it'll either be red or EE. If you've put any veg in that are only free on green then it'll have to be EE. Hope you've measured your porridge & any milk you used though - you have to do that on all plans!

    Though if you're on green you have another HEa & HEb to use up!

    I would choose a day and plan your meals around that - not the other way round otherwise you'll find yourself overdoing the Hex's and syns.

    Well done to all the losers tonight.
    Unfortunatley I stayed the same which i'm a liitle disappointed with.
    Food wise i have been very good but think i have been over doing my milk allowance.
    I might try marions rice.

  • Hi guys long day but just popped by to say I finally finally lost my first stone!!! 2.5lb off tonight.

    I've been at this since Aug so I guess in one way not really an achievement but still pretty happy. Club 10 is 4lb away so want to get there before valentines day :)

    Sounds like low blood sugar to me which can indicate syndrome x or diabetes.I would keep a diary of symptoms for a month and then take it to your doctor if you still feel the same
