In asda at moment there selling the choc orange one on there own you don't have to get the pack 54p or 4 for a £2 , but the six pack of choc section is £2 , but i don't like the cherry one .

No, it was the choc cherry one. I just got the 2 syns from someone else's post. I believe the choc sprinkled ones are free.

Only the cherry layer ML is 2 syns - none others are and the choc sprinkle one is indeed free.

The only pitta breads which are a HEb are from Asda and I think they weigh 55g each and are wholemeal.I think the argument still rages about the orange top milk (in my class anyway) but best be on the safe side & count as semi.

Just had a really yummy dinner - made some double cheese burgers from an old magazine along with raw carrot tomatoes and sweetcorn. Had some syns with ketchup but it was lovely. Can't believe it was so good for me!

I need some advise, inspiration, kick up the bum.....anything to get me in the right frame of mind to follow the plan properly!

I had one of my "days" today. For reasons I'll never know I often have a day where no matter what I do, I feel knackered, can't stop yawning, feel thirsty and constantly hungry. Now after failing to resist the birthday doughnuts and biscuits in the kitchen at work I feel bloated yet still wanting to eat! arghhhhh!

I slept ok last night but didnt the night before as OH was ill, maybe I'm not getting enough sleep? or perhaps I should wear my glasses at home as well as at work.....

I've had a talk with my doctor and even had blood tests done but they came back perfectly normal. My GP just shrugged and said I was unlucky, what can I do????!??!?
