I would just count it as an EE day anyway and your dates would be your heb even though they probably werent as much as a healthy extra. That way you dont have to worry about the weight of the chicken.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Have read through the last couple of pages and everyone's a real inspiration.
Have not tried a SW quiche before so I must look up the recipe.
I'm doing an extra easy day today again:
B - bitesize shredded wheat (HEB) and skim milk(HEA)
L - left over SW cottage pie (free), Jacket potato, 2 tsp cottage cheese (1 syn) 1tbsp brown sauce (1 syn), baked beans.
D - chicken/prawn stirfry with rice.
Snacks - fruit, free joghurts
I'll probably save my syns for a chocolate digestive later.
I also went for a 45 minute walk with a friend this morning - in the woods we came across a groups of seven deer - magicalTrying to keep in budget.

I've worked out todays menu:
B: 2 x weetabix (HEB) and skimmed milk (HEA) - the rest in my tea for the day
L: mahoosive salad with a handful of pasta (the shop was out of spuds) with ham and egg - I went and bought the 1 calorie balsamic vinegar Salad Light spray - it's very nice!will be chicken stir fry with egg noodles - I figure that'll be quick to throw together.
S: yogs and fruit as needed - I'm still working on syns - I feel they'll come in the form of a beverage or two!!
I'm off to my spinning class tonight - that in theory burns off about 700 calories (it's blimming hard I know that much!)
I've put my weight in my siggy:o - I've outed myself!!0 -

Hmm what can I make for tomorrow nights tea? Needs to be something quick. I have lots of mince in the freezer, but no potato's so not cottage pie. Could do lasagne but always struggle with the amount of cheese sauce & calculating it for SW. Any other ideas? We've had meatballs recently so that's out too.0

A keema curry is nice - basically a meaty sauce with curry through it and I think usually peas as well. Have it with rice0

Oooh any recipe?0

I've made it in the past and just fried up an onion (now I'd frylight it:A) then add the beef and brown it off - add curry powder to taste and a tin of toms or two - then add in frozen peas and whatever veg you would want to add - I'm not much of a recipe girl more of a bung this and that in girl!! I think its traditionally doen with minced lamb but I've always just used minced beef.0

Congratulations to all the losers! You're keeping me inspired.
No weigh in today for me as I'm still feeling a bit ill...though nowhere near as bad as yesterday. My risotto didn't end up getting cooked as I was just having a bit of toast and lemsip/water/cough syrup yesterday and didn't have the energy to stand and stir it. I hope I've lost a bit next week...still got 5lbs of christmas weight to lose! aggh. (or at least I did last week)
So today:
B: Herbal tea, Apricot wheats (heB) some milk allowance (heA) blueberries
L: HM veg soup, rice cake (1.5 syns), cottage cheese
S: Tea with dash of milk, maltesers funsize (5), apple
D:Pearl barley risotto with asparagus, peas and mushrooms, some salad on the side.
Possible snacks later: Satsuma/grapes/hi fi Bar (heB), COU lemon mousse 4.5syns. (I usually have nearer the 15 syns on a thursday after weigh in but the rest of the week stick between 5-10)
At the moment though I'm not feeling like I need the hifi Bar...I'm not sure whether leaving it out when I don't fancy it will benefit my weight loss or not, I always have plenty of fibre in the rest of the meals.0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100
