According to the new books, the only superfree foods are fruit and veg and those are only the veg allowed on the green plan as free.
The other things you mention, eggs, vlf dairy, Quorn are still free, just not superfree. Included in this list are those drinks allowed freely, spices, herbs, seasonings and artificial sweeteners.
Hope that makes it a little clearer (or maybe a little muddier, lol).I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
when your making the jelly up to mix with a yoghurt and make it moussy, do you make it up as directed or do you use less water?
Less water - I only use about ½ pint, then the big pot of yoghurt makes up the rest, more or less.
I'd almost forgotten about this - I used to make it a lot and always enjoyed it, but you do need to whisk it a lot, mostly so that the volume almost doubles and it ends up really fluffy and light.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

thanks in advance
Depriving yourself of all the things that make life worth-while is counter-productive. In no time at all you'll be thinking, "stuff this diet I want chocolate/biscuits/wine" (whatever your particular treat is). You give in to the urges and then feel guilty which causes you to hate yourself, the diet and everything else.
With Food Optimising, nothing is banned - whatever your 'treat foods' are, you can have them, in limited amounts, every day. Think of this as less of a 'diet' and more of a lifestyle change. You're learning to shop, cook and eat more healthily for the rest of your life.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
you can get straight to the facebook group through the first page of the website. I think you can even do it without logging in. I joined it last week.
Yes thats how i did it, don't like it as much as this forum as there seems to be loads of members, where as this is a bit more personal.Started slimming world 4th November 2010

Heres my menu for today
B: Mullerlight, hi fi bar (HEB) and 2 satsumas
S: BBQ hula hoops
L: forgot to get it from the fridge so had to eat in the work cateen. So had 1/2 plate of chips and beans, and for pudding had treacle sponge and custard but really needed something sweet as having a hard day.
T: Roast chicken, new potatos, mini yorkshires and veg.
Not sure how many syns, probably way over with the cake and custard.Started slimming world 4th November 2010
