Try seperating all the grapes and then freezing them. They make great snacks, seem to be more filling and they last longer!

can anyone help me - is there a way to set the amount of syns you are allowed? have been trying not ot have any at all but it isnt working for me at all.

Thats why you arn't having any luck! You are advised to have between 5 and 15 syns a day - try and vary the types and number as well. I find if I have 15 syns I will lose more than if I only have 5!

I totally agree Marion. If I only had 5 syns a day I would lose a little or sts. But If I have either 10-15 a day or at least 70 over the week and stick to plan I have a good loss.
And if I deny myself syns I go mad and eat everything insight.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Afternoon all
How does my food for today sound (for an EE day)
Breakfast - fried eggs, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, baked beans and low syn sausage (all cooked in frylight)
Lunch - bowl of mango pieces with a mullerlight and options mint hot chocolate, then a club biscuit bar
Dinner - Spag bol with beef mince
It sounds good Liz as long as your having your healthy extras too. And to make sure your beef is extra lean.

Yep the beef mince is extra lean, I always ensure it is. I haven't had an HEb yet, might have some toast later. My HEa is milk in my drinks.
I used a mullerlight vanilla one with chocolate sprinkles in it, it's lovely poured over some fruit.They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson

Forgot to add, found a support group on facebook that had a link to someones blog. She had loads of really nice recipies with photos of the actual dish. We tried the pasta bolongnes bake tonight and it was lovely,

Just realised no syns today so far. Anyone know how many syns in a 440ml can of 4% stella artois. Got one in the fridge and fancy it0
