    Morning all

I did my at home WI and I lost a pound this week. Pleased with that as I had 2 off days!

    Green day today:

B - honey nut shreddies and skimmed milk (HEA and HEB)
L - salad with couscous, muller light
D - eating out at Harvester, so will have all the free salad, wholemeal pasta with tomato sauce and will say NO to the garlic bread!
    Snacks - fruit

I walked to work this morning wearing my new toning trainers. My gosh you can feel them working! I was running late so took the shortcut across a grassy hill, and they aren't best for walking on uneven surfaces! But were great on the tarmac.

    Have a good day all

  • I had an at home WI today too and am now officially overweight rather than obese (yay!!) and the lightest I've been in over 2 years so I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself :) And it is lovely and sunny in Belfast today too. Got a meeting in town later and hoping to take the scenic route in if I can get away in reasonable time. Hope everyone else has a happy Monday!

I cant think what to have for tea tonight. I usually know in the morning and take something out the freezer or at least plan it. Just dont know what im in the mood for. I might go for chicken and take it form there.

brekkie - not had any yet, I might just have some fruit and a yoghurt. Ive been very bust dropping dd at nursery then hoovering the kitchen, livingroom and stairs, cleaned the bathrooms, cleaned out Roger (rabbit) clean out KatKat (yes youve guessed it, the cat ) Cleaned kitchen sink area and dusted. phew
Going to sort out our room later as is become a dumping ground for clothes. Feel organised and energised. need a wee sit down now.

lunch - baked tattie and beans.

dinner - chicken and chips maybe. Trying to fit some superfree foods in here somewhere.

I really need to stop coming off the SW Wagon at the weekend! My friend has just told me she's lost 10 lbs in 2 weeks sticking to a low calorie diet, but I'm sure that SW is healthier, so I'm sticking to it from today :) this is my menu plan for today:

Breakfast: Vanilla Muller Light mixed with banana and 42g Weetabix Crunchy Bran (HEB)
Lunch: leftover Quorn Curry (free) 2 slices wholemeal bread (HEB). Lurpak light (3 syns)
Dinner: Findus Cheese Ravioli (3.5 syns) & a large salad
Snacks: Fruit, Tea with milk (HEA)

    Syns for the day: 6.5

Need to try and fit exercise in too....
  • I had another good weekend, stuck to the plan (making sure I had all my Syns!).

WI isn't until Wednesday but I can't stop myself having cheeky at home WIs!! Trouble is, I find it really motivating. If I'm down on last week then it gives me the incentive to keep going and if I'm STS/up on last week then it gives me the incentive to get off my butt and do something about it!

    Yesterday's menu:

Brunch (got up really late!): SW chip butty (free/HEB)
Dinner: Lamb stew (lamb neck fillet, onions, stock, carrots) with mashed potatoes (free/2 Syns for butter), Asda Neapolitan ice cream (80g) (7 Syns)
Snacks: Milk for tea (HEA), 3 x Scan Bran, Laughing Cow light and cucumber (2 Syns each so 6 altogether)

Green day today again (find them easier and more filling)

B = Marions rice (had run out of pudding rice so cooked a cup of wholegrain rice, added half to a chocolate mullerlight. Was nice enough and very filling (has a nutty taste so can imagine am eating chocolate and nuts lol )

L = Quorn curry with other half of wholegrain rice.

D = Jacket potato with beans and cheese

Snacks = tea with milk (hea) 6 wholewheat crackerbread (heb1) 6 extra light cheese triangles (heb2). apples and pears , fat free yogurts, water (both still and sparkling).

No syns yet but might have a can of 4% stella artois again tonight :D

    Does the above look ok

Welldone Flutterby, belfastgirl and franby for losing :T:T
welldone to foogirl and all the others who did well over the weekend.
I really should lock myself in a dark room on a Sat with only free food to keep me going.

Dinner is going to be kedgeree, not the chicken id decided on. I saw the smoked haddock in the freezer and decided on kedgeree. just hope the kids will eat it.
