See, I think if I'm only going to have the one banana then I don't count any syns, because I could (and would) have eaten one banana raw.
Before I cause a stampede of people 'tweaking' the plans to suit themselves, I must say in a LOUD voice.....this is me, not SW.
I have also quite often used up the last of my HEA milk by blending it with one banana as a milkshake

OKEY DOKEY,THANKSwhen your making the jelly up to mix with a yoghurt and make it moussy, do you make it up as directed or do you use less water?
I've only ever tried this once, ages ago, and it didn't go well:rotfl:
However I'm doing a big online shop today and will be trying again. This time I'll be using my hand blender to whisk it altogether so hopefully no lumps:D
Re the water thing,I'd stick to the amount advised else it would be very thick.
Perhaps someone else has made this successfully?!:T:jHalf a stone off, only another 2 to go!:j:T:D;)Cats are truly evil, like women....;):D:p

I'm agreeing with you!!
The reason that cooked fruit isn't free is that it does not fill you up the way it does when raw , for example i could make apple crumble or something with say six apples I could quite happily scoff the lot. However the thought of sitting eating six apples doesn't really appeal.
Therefore my thinking is that if you are prepared to say to yourself I will cook this banana and NOT EAT ANYTHING ELSE- EVEN FREE STUFF then I think you could count it as free.0 -
Afternoon all
How does my food for today sound (for an EE day)
Breakfast - fried eggs, fried tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon, baked beans and low syn sausage (all cooked in frylight)
Lunch - bowl of mango pieces with a mullerlight and options mint hot chocolate, then a club biscuit bar
Dinner - Spag bol with beef minceThey have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
It's always better to be late in this life, than early in the next0 -
Morning all! Does anybody know how many sins a sachet of simply porridge, syrup flavour is from Asda?
Also I have just seen above that banana's are 4 syns:eek:, is that just when they are cooked??
