Br - Rice with Vanilla mullerlight.
Lunch - pasta, HM tomato and veg sauce(1 syn) and tblsp parmesan (1.5 syns). Mullerlight and banana.
Tea - Quorn shepherd's pie (1 syn oil 6 syns cheese on top). Peas.
Hea - skimmed milk. Heb - toast, marg (2 syns) marmite. More fruit, fromage frais mixed with mullerlight to use it up!
Noodles.

Hi everyone, this is my first post, though have been reading the slimming world posts for sometime.
I started slimming world from home, using my previous successful SW knowledge and current books.
The first week I lost 1lb and the second week gained 2.5lbs even though I had been following correctly and weighing my A and B's
My question is, I have an underactive thyroid and was wondering if any other members have this and have had any problems losing weight doing SW?
I would be grateful for any replies please.0 -

Today's EE plan is:
Milk: Hea
Br : Rice, mullerlite and banana
Dinner : Eggs on toast + half tin toms (SS?) (Heb + 2syns marg + 2 syns oil) apple.
Tea : Veg stew (potatoes, onion, leek, mushrooms, carrots probably tsp oil 2 syns) and rice.
I'm sure there'll be more syns before the day is out!

Morning all, just got up after having brekkie in bed. OH made me egg on toast, using frylight of course and wholemeal bread. I'm going to have something with quorn for tea tonight. As for lunch, depends really, I think we're going to Pizza Express so will have to see what I fancy later!

I having an EE again today
brekkie - porridge and a yoghurt.
Lunch - chicken and bacon salad
Dinner - dont know yet, fancy making a curry.
Syns - will be 2 glasses of wine and french fries. I know this will take me over my syns but ive saved a few from each day to even it out. Will keep writing everything down to make sure I dont go over by too much.
off to visit oh parents, his usually coaxes me into a biscuit from the tin, ill try and say no :cool::santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Morning all
I had a huge cook-a-thon yesterday. I made syn free celery soup, syn free veggie tomato sauce (for chilli/pasta etc) and syn free bombay potatoesI made at least 4 portions of each so my freezer is bursting now!
Green day today:
B - scrambled eggs and beans on wholemeal toast (HEB)
L - syn free celery soup with wholemeal bread (HEB) and LF marg (2syns), muller light
D - peppers stuffed with couscous and served with potatoes of some sort
Snacks - fruit
Syns - glass of wine tonight probably, or I may make a low syn choc cake that I found recipe for on minimins website

ooh all of your diaries are making me hungry.
I alas did go to Pizza x last night, had a friend visiting and she really loves it there. I had planned rustica toms starter, leggera pizza but ended up having doughball starters and a hot choc for afters, though stuck with the leggera. Liz the leggera is the least bad pizza (I had the margharita one but think they're all the same syns) and it was very nice.
But obviously overall not a good day syns wise, the only saving grace was that i swam a mile in the morning and ran/walked 2k in the evening - the latter being the reason why when they said there was an hour wait for food I couldn't just go with the rustica tomatos!
New day today anyway, it's my rest day so will prob just have a walk into town, seems like a nice enough day so will go the long way round. I know I'll have haddock, steamed cabbage and potato for tea but still trying to work out the other meals now
Good luck to the new joiners and flutterbyuk you've put me in the mood to do a cook up, need to give the kitchen floor a deep scrub and would like to do the cooking first!0 -

im on a mission to lose 4lb this week that would put me at t 18st 11 and also give me my 1st award
big problem is im skint so having ot use what i already have in though i did prepare some slimming world recipies in advance and freeze them as i knew i would be skint so im sure ill be ok lol

Sorry guys didn't have time to check in yesterday, work was chaos and I came home to cook up my lunches for the week.
So yesterday I had
breakfast - slept in so missed it!
snacks - carrot sticks, muller light
lunch - a steak pie (oops forgot to lift lunch)
dinner - SW goulash, rice and a salad
snack - strawberry and melon fruit salad
No idea how many syns are in the steak pie but i hope it's lower than 15. Feel like this week has been a disaster so far what with the breakfast fiasco, the special lunch and then forgetting my work lunch.
Made another batch of the yellow thai curry and the goulash which were meant to be for the weeks lunches but we ended up having the goulash for dinner which leaves me with the curry but am going to improvise with it, freeze some, get 2 lunches out the others, make up a salad for the nights i've not got boxing and SS it as much as possible between now and Tuesday. Don't expect to have lost another 4lb but I want some sort of loss.0
