I've been on SW for 4 days now and my normally dry skin has gone oily! Has anyone else found this when they have only just started?
I might have to buy a whole new batch of skin products! :-)

The virtious veg one isnt on the website, this one might be similar though

thats a lot lower than the other veggie pizzas, the medium supreme is 13 1/2 syns per slice  Not sure sure how small that second one is but 28 syns is not too bad for a whole pizza as a treat.

Wow, lost 4lb at wi last night, was really pleased.

We had a takeaway pizza for tea last night after wi and didn't really enjoy it, woke up with really bad tummy ache.

When ever i have done slimming world or ww, i have always felt deprived of food so needed to have the fatty stuff after wi to keep me motivated to stick to the diet. But this time i am eating loads better and don't feel deprived of anything.

    Menu today is:

    B: MullerLight, apple and orange
S: Hi Fi bar, Orange and Apple
L: Probably baked potato with salad, but will see whats on the menu
D: H/M tikka massala from the slimming world magazine.

Our consultant last night suggested another way to way slimming world chips, put them in the microwave for 5 minutes and then put them back in the pan and then in the oven. Rather than parboiling them first.
Started slimming world 4th November 2010

    Starting weight 13st 4.5lb
    Current weight 12st 11.5lb

Mummy to 3 boys and 1 girl.

  • Just wanted to say that the consultant I had last night was very good. She was enthusiastic, helpful and interested.Yay!Unfortunately she is only temporary.Boo!Just hope the new one (when she starts) is as good.

There were quite a lot of newbies there,a couple of social groups,a few returners, and almost everyone stayed for image therapy. All in all I'm glad I went. And proud of myself cos I nearly bottled it!!!!!!!!!!!!
