Ground rice has syns - you need to use normal pudding rice (looks like long grain)

Garlic bread is pretty high but I can't find that one online at the mo.

All I can find is this - probably half a slice in weight?

Thanks Skint_Catt, I won't use the rice only got it because I couldn't see any other! To late for the garlic bread though! But I haven't any Syns today so hopefully they will be covered.

Only been on SW for 2 days and still trying to get used to it!

Not sure how you'll work out the syns then if you haven't weighed it before eating!

As SC said the ground rice has syns. Pudding rice is normally found in the dessert aisles in the supermarket and is sometimes just called short grain rice. However in a pinch you can use just normal long grain or even basmati rice. It tastes a little different but is still syn free!

consultant31 I was not offended, infact it made me laugh. howver it did get me thinking as trying a fresh i thought i would stop trying to tweak it. i really did think HE were optional. HE a choice is easily taken care of but I did not know i should be having the others and thought if i missed them it would help my weight loss. I wont do that now, it is not hard to use them as i love bread cheese etc. thanks for the help consultant.

    You're welcome :)

Oh my goodness Catt, they're so gorgeous! I think maybe the second one (Bonny) may be more flattering if you're not at your ideal weight, just because the fuller skirt will make your waaist appear tiny.
