Hi can anybody tell me if ground rice is the same as pudding rice??
It says you can use it for pudding. I wanted to use if for Marions rice pudding...is that what it's called?
Also does anybody know how many syns Asda 50% fat garlic bread slices are?
Hope you can help!0 -
Ground rice has syns - you need to use normal pudding rice (looks like long grain)
Garlic bread is pretty high but I can't find that one online at the mo.
All I can find is this - probably half a slice in weight?
Basic/Non Branded Foods Bread, Baguette, garlic, reduced fat, average 28g
4 Syns on Extra Easy
Original 4 Syns
Green 4 Syns

Only been on SW for 2 days and still trying to get used to it!Skint_Catt wrote: »Ground rice has syns - you need to use normal pudding rice (looks like long grain)

As SC said the ground rice has syns. Pudding rice is normally found in the dessert aisles in the supermarket and is sometimes just called short grain rice. However in a pinch you can use just normal long grain or even basmati rice. It tastes a little different but is still syn free!

HE a choice is easily taken care of but I did not know i should be having the others and thought if i missed them it would help my weight loss. I would have liked more time to look further but I've left it very late!
Oh my goodness Catt, they're so gorgeous! I think maybe the second one (Bonny) may be more flattering if you're not at your ideal weight, just because the fuller skirt will make your waaist appear tiny.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0
