Wow, the syn free mushy pea curry is amazing. Even my non-slimming OH commented on how nice it is. Yum, yum!
ETA- I used the recipe above and I also added some frozen sweetcorn and a tin of chickpea dahl (from Asda, 0 syns) to mine.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -

Evening everyone - I actually got my act together and made the 3 - bean chilli (well actually it was two bean chilli - and the tescos express was doing well to have 2 types!) - despite being v heavy handed with the spices:o it was DELICIOUS - and I may have to help myself to some more.
Just about come in at 15 syns today - not ideal as I'm trying to stick to 10 - but its been one of those days - mainly due to the bare cupboard scenario.
Have a lot of things buzzing round my head at the moment - usually this would lead to me scoffing something (because the slightest problem/issue with anything usually sends me straight to the fridge;)) - but am determined to changeOnward and upward - with the odd step to the side

I shall deny myself no more - and that mushy pea curry was divine (I added fenugreek seeds, dried fenugreek leaves, chopped courgettes and a few leftover potatoes and a tin of butter beans that I didnt know what to do with. Loads left for tomorrow!):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Ewww, who'd want to eat a while jar of spicy lime pickle _pale_. I like it, but only a teaspoon with my poppadums. I had a big dollop of mango chutney (2 syns) with my mushy pea curry and rice.
My new SW friendly treat is a can of diet Dr Pepper of an evening. Not the healthiest, but it does really take the edge of my sweet cravings.:DYummy mummy, runner, baker and procrastinator0 -
I'm the same, I've started having a can of diet cherry coke or fanta zero most days to take the edge off any sweet cravings, and I think all the air in the bubbles fills me up! I used to hate pop because it's too filling, and I'm the same I know it's not the best, but far better than me pigging out on sweet stuff because I've still got cravings.0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100
