She has warned me she can only manage a 2 min jog which is my limit so am really looking forward to it
Hi Wendy: I'm thinking of suggesting something similar at our class: I need someone else to do "pointless" walking with otherwise I won't go! (not jogging, just walking):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Hi All
I'm thinking about signing up to SW as I have a LOT :eek:of weight to lose and can't do it by myself.
Can someone tell me what it's all about?
One thing......I really can't stand Fry Light so was wondering if there is an alternative?
Thanks in anticipation!:beer:0 -
Instead of frylight you can buy a special oil spray thing that you fill with 2 thirds water and 1 third oil then you pump it up to mix them both and spray. Not sure where you can buy then from but I bet lakeland would be a possibility.0

Lakeland do have them. Eventually they block though and are impossible to unblock. I bought a "similar to Frylight" spray that was based on olive oil, didn't come out in strange white spurts
and generally wasn't as off-putting as frylight. I've binned the empty can now but when i get another I'll tell you what it's called.

I bought mine from Lakeland but I don't dilute it with water:o Didn't realise that you had to! I use the extra virgin olive oil in mine and in almost a year it has never clogged. Although you do get a spare pumpnspray thingie with it anyway.
I find two or three squirts is fine for most things - I would have thought syns would be neglible.
Marion
ps - I do take the pump out once in a while and give it a rinse in hot water.
pps - SW is brilliant - if you got to their web site https://www.slimmingworld.com it gives you an overview of the plan and even a weeks sample menu. When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
that's where I went wrong then Marion, I never did give it a rinse!
I didn't dilute with water either. I might try one again and do it properly:):jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Morning all!! :wave::wave:
How are all you lovely slimmers doing today??
I managed to stick to plan yesterday, although I feel as though I'm eating FAR too much! The plan has worked for me before, but I'm still wondering how I can possibly lose weight by eating so much???
Anyways - today I'm planning another red day! Not quite sure what I'm having though, but it might look a little something like this:
Brekkie:
2x weetabix with milk (HEB & HEA)
Lunch:
Veg omellette
Fruit and yoghurt
Dinner:
Roast chicken maybe or some other kind of meat (obviously!)

Oh - and I got one of those oil pump things, £1.99 from Aldi although obviously they might not still have them0

Hello! I joined SW last night. Everyone at the group seemed to be losing weight so I'm feeling positive
I think the extra easy will suit me best!
Was sound asleep so missed breakfast (I've been on call a lot recently so this is my weekend!) Making some vegetable and chicken risotto for lunch as we speak, no oil or anything involvedI think a baked potato for tea. Any ideas if baked beans are free? I'm still trying to work it out
Oh, and do you HAVE to eat a HEA and HEB every day? And do you HAVE to have at least 5 syns? Trying to work it all out!
