  • Hi would you be able to post the recipe for the curry on here please? I can't get a copy of that issue and would love to try it out.
    Thanks

hey all - well the cinema was cancelled (is it wrong that I was relieved??;)) and so I went and ate my coffee cake - am ESTIMATING it was between 2-3 oz - so am going to say that I had 18 syns (3 oz coffee cake). I enjoyed every mouthful!!!

The rest of the day has been free food plus milk (HEA) and a piece of bread (HEB) - and feeling positive that I am making good choices and planning for the things I really want to do.

Off out again now... there will be cake but I shall say 'no thankyou':)

Thanks Nessie 216, today was extra easy but turned into a bit of a disaster. I really miss going to class but my family member takes the classes in my area and it's just not the same when it's not someone neutral IYKWIM. x

Today was going so well - then I got kidnapped and forced to go to a Chinese Buffet:eek: I must say it was lovely and I did go back to the selection 3 times:D! I will have to be extra extra good for the rest of the week:o

I will just stay on plan as normal for the rest of the week though instead of trying to cut back on my syns etc. I find if I try and cut back to make up for overindulgances I tend to go mad after a couple of days and eat everything in sight!

    Keep going adminannie :)

Have you tried having 1/3 free and 2/3 superfree at mealtimes? Focusing esp on the speed foods? You could always check your food optimising book and choose the healthy extras that have the speed symbol as well. How many syns are you having a day? Maybe you are not having enough? :)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

OK so I set a question earlier do I keep going or quit or throw thw wii out.............................................................................................................................................................................................................................
Well I lost 2 lb so hey I guess no more standing on the wii fit to weigh again

Didn't do too well tonight though. I had a freddo bar ready for my post WI treat and it is still in my bag...we went to my Dad's as it was his birthday his wife had rung to say she was doing tea but would do a EE meal for me (she is onsw too - apparently!!!) starters was leek and potato soup yum Dinner was roast pork dinner great boiled pots pork beans carrots sprouts cauli broc and um roast pots (aunt bessies not sw) and parsnips ("its ok el I only used a couple of tablespoons of olive oil so they are healthy!") and homemade gravey!!!!! how does this woman lose weight on this diet
She also did me a glass of wine (horrible sweet stuff that wasn't worth the syns)
PUDDING !!!!! my 6 year old brother had made a cream sponge and I don't care how strict you are with your diet when a six year old is so proud that he made it how do you say no to him let alone the cake.....(OH thinks she sabotaged the dinner subtly because i am now thinner than her)

At least I have a week to get it off

And on a mums website a girl put up a notice saying she wanted to start a walking/jogging group because she wants to lose the baby weight but money and time is too tight to go to the gym so her and i are starting twice a week to go for a 30 min walk and hopefully end up jogging. She has warned me she can only manage a 2 min jog which is my limit so am really looking forward to it
