Hi, can I join you? I signed up on-line last week as the local classes are on a bad night for me. I have about 3 stone to lose, so will be here for a while. Unfortunately my scales are broken (using them to weigh a suitcase was not such a good idea
)and my daughter has taken the wii away for a week, so I can' weigh in, but as I haven't really got into the swing of it yet that's not such a problem. I'm having trouble getting my head around the syns, can I have up to 15 or should I try to keep them as low as possible? I did SW years ago and did fairly well, but since then they have introduced extra easy, so I'm trying to understand that as well. Hopefully I will be properly into it by the weekend and can start posting some losses!

I'm not cheating though, apart from I don't get a HeA but I have a huge bowl of plain yogurt. Oh & for syns a pack of plain crisps! The linseeds are also synned.

Why mushrooms? I can understand the cheese etc Just wondered!
Had a pretty darn good red day today though could have done without the Road Rage incident I got caught up in - involved me calling 999, talking to 2 handsome motorway traffic cops & giving a statement at the local station0 -

Hi all, just popping back since I'm making a renewed commitment to SW. We had a great session tonight (even though I had put on 2.5lbs since being in London last week and missing group). Our consultant is off for 3 weeks and suddenly with her replacement I can see what image therapy is actually supposed to be. The new consultant asked us about our reasons for wanting to lose weight, and made it feel ok to admit the ways in which we were sabotaging ourselves. Our normal consultant just tells us about mullerlights and stupid mugshot type things and how easy the plan is, which is true in one way but sticking with it isn't easy alas, the problems are in the mind rather than in the plan. So I am going to really try my absolute best while we have this new person
Hope you're all doing well and sorry for disappearing for so long, had been doing ok up until my major wagon slip but I'm raring to go again now!0 -

Advisable for the fibre but not compulsary on green and EE but as a HEB on a red day - yes you have to keep the skin on!When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Hi belfastgirl welcome back :hello: its good youve finally got a good consultant, will she be there for just the 3 weeks? id find out where her class was and try and go to it. I think one of the reasons I did so well the first time I did SW was a fab consultant, She asked similar things to your replacement. She was very motivating, she sent me a wee card after losing each 7lb, I thought it was such a nice touch. Ive been to a few different classes since ive moved and never found anyone as good as her.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0

Im having another green day
B- 2 poached eggs on toast
L-pasta salad with some cheese on top
D- prawn stirfry using other heb for prawns
snacks i got some nice strawberries and grapes to munch, will also be going to Morrissons for some cheapo mullers.
I spent the afternoon yesterday planting some veggies with the kids, we planted potatoes, peas, carrots, parsnips, tomatoes, beetroot, raspberries and blackcurrants. I still have butternut squashes to go in when the time is right. Looking forward to all that healthy free food when its grown.
We did quite well last year, the kids loved picking stuff for tea. It gives me a nice feeling looking out at all the new earth and pots all ready. I got good exercise too with all that digging.:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -
Morning all. My first WI last night and I lost 2lbs! Was very pleased as I don't have much to lose. Green or EE day today, haven't decided yet!0

morning all,
Haven't been on for a while because got no intenet at home, am using my phone now which is a bit awkward, ok to read on but a bit annoying to reply with!
Haven't really been sticking to plan that well, think its because i haven't had your support so will make an effort to check in each day.
Off to catch up on the thread now, hope your all doing well and are ok.:beer:0
