THEN at the cinema I will get a drink of diet coke and STICK TO IT. Its ridiculous that I think I can only enjoy the cinema if I have pick and mix:rotfl:

Am telling you all this - to reinforce my decision - and knowing that I will have to 'fess up if I cave;)

I find that after the first 20 minutes or so of the film, I don't actually notice i haven't got anything to eat! That might be because I've usually eaten it before the film starts :o You will be fine Rupe... maybe take some mints or something? x

Could any one give me the recipe for the speed soup? Sounds interesting :-)

Speed food Soup (syn free on Green and EE)

    1 can mixed bean salad

    1 can green lentils
    2 cans chopped tomatoes
    1 can bake beans
    Handful of split lentils
    2 large leeks
    1 large onion
    4 medium carrots
    2 parsnips
1 each green, red and yellow peppers
    2 vegetable stock cubes
    Salt pepper
    Mixed herbs
Water (enough to cover all ingredients)

Chop all vegetables. Put them and everything else into a large pan, cover with water, bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are soft (about 30 mins). Once cooked, the soup can be left chunky or blended smooth.

Here you go Speed soup recipe. I found it by putting "speed soup" into the search above and ended up on another SW thread. :rotfl::oDidnt know there was another one
