I lost almost three stone in the summer but fell off the slimming world wagon, eek.
Has anyone ever done slimming world while pregnant? x
I came across this blog about a woman who did amazingly at SW whilst pregnant! I was so inspired it really motivated me (not pregnant, no children but very lazy!) to get back on the wagon!0 -
Hello all. I lost 1 lb at WI tonight, a tad disappointed as I have been soooo good and am just 1 lb off my first stone loss, oh well, better off than on and even that 1 lb is 16times the 1 oz of fat in my Avatar!:A (isn't it? maths isn't my strong point)
Anyway, one lovely member who has been attending one week longer than me (13 weeks to my 12 weeks) lost 3.5 lb this week and said all she had done differently was use fish/prawns instead of meat at meals. The consultant said most fish is a speed food so I think lots of us are going to be doing the fish diet this week :rotfl: I thought some of you might be interested to know.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

well done all you losers:D:T:T
Went to the gymn this evening - weighed myself and I am a stone heavier than I was this time last year:( - its prompted me to take stock a bit. I just WILL NOT slide down the slippery slope all putting all the weight back on that I lost after last DS was born (4 stone - slow and steady thanks to SW!:D).
A stone is doable if I just stop making excuses - and the late night snacking cos I'm tired and ought to be in bed is the first thing that will go. Saying no to myself occasionally as well.
So today I have counted EVERYTHING - and when I got to 10 syns that was it - I decided that there was NO WAY I was going to have any more.
I know to many of you these will seem like baby steps - but I've been letting myself get away with a lot recently - and thats why the scales are going up.Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

similar to what happened to me, I put lots of weight on during my second pregnancy and after he'd been born. I lost a few lbs short of 4 stone with Weight Watchers last year but fell off the wagon in October and when I weighed myself last month I'd put a stone back on. I've now only got 5.5lbs to lose to get back to what I was in October, need to lose another 2-3 stone after that though. You can do it chuck xx0 -
Since my disastrous 1200 calorie sandwich I'm hyper aware of how bad I am in restaurants! So, who can help me pick the lowest synned, green day, vegetarian option on this menu. I'm going there with the new boss and the other guys from work and don't want to order anything that's obviously 'diet food'! Any help appreciated!
My instinct is to go for the Penne Mediterranean and ask them to skip the oil if they can, but who knows!0 -
:spam: Can someone report the above pls as I can't seem to!
Okies - my first day of red week - I can do this!
Just cooking free sausages & egg for brekkie & some chicken for lunch with a salad & low fat vinagarette (0.5syn per 10ml) - also have a free yoghurt & my babybels for lunch
Also have my 10 cal soups in case I need them.
Dinner is fish with some sort of veg (HEb or free) & baby new pots (HEB)
