And well done to you too rainbowfizz!!! Sticking to plan is the first step after all!! :D Hopefully your efforts will show a nice loss at your WI!!

I think today will be an EE for me, my plan so far:

    Lunch (eating out at nando's):

    Dinner:

Baked Sweet Potato with laughing cow cheese (HEA) and chives

Hi all - feeling so much better today - time to get back on track. I'm giving myself a week, and if I can't stick to SW alone I will have to go back to class (its really only the money thats stopping me tbh, especially now work has totally calmed down and I have a bit more time on my hands).

Anyway - would someone be so kind as to look up Weight Watchers Chicken Leek and Potato soup please - I doubt its a HEB (although you never know) - so could you see what the Syn value is please??

    Thanks very much x

Are you eating enough susieanne, having all your healthy extras and syns? I think that's why so many people go onto the Slimming World 'diet' because they can fill up on foods, and don't have to get hungry and irritable. Post up a couple of days worth of what you're eating and maybe we can help here?

    Here you go Rupe:

Weight Watchers Chicken, Potato & Leek Soup, canned 295g can

4 Syns on Extra Easy Original 4 Syns Green 4 Syns

    doesn't appear to be a healthy B

I've had a few days off plan after my 2lb weight loss, think I wasn't expecting the loss, thought it was a fluke, and as a result thought I may as well eat rather than find out I've gained when I've been good? I can't win with myself, hahah. Too many easter remnants lying around too, I've been getting rid of them ;)

Back on plan today, made a nice SW quiche with SW chips for lunch, and will be having syn free soup later, fingers crossed for keeping on track this week. Going to look a couple of pages back now for inspiration.
