Ok, it's getting close to bedtime, so I'm going to call it and say I've officially stuck to the plan 100% for the first full day yet!
It started out red, but has become EE:
Brunch: Large salad (Spinach, Watercress, Basil, rocket, salad peppers, cherry tom's, cold meat ham and smoked salmon with the juice of 1 lemon and some pepper as a dressing)
Snack: Fruit salad (banana, plum, grapes and tangerine) with mullerlight yoghurt.
Dinner: Pork stirfry (3 syns)
Dessert: Sugar free jelly (0,5 syns)
And I'm just off to have:
2 slices wholemeal toast (HEB and 2 syns for Flora) with cold meat turkey.
Options hot choc made with milk (HEA & 2 syns)
Total syns: 7.5
Please feel free to correct me if I've forgotten to count something synful! Seems as though I've eaten far more than I usually would, and yet I'm hungry again????
xx
PS Oh - and exercise for the day, 30 mins walk/jog combo, 50 mins impromtu trek across the fields/hill at a country park

Hey all,
I have a dilemma, I'm meeting a friend for lunch tomorrow and I'm wondering what kind of place is good to go that'll mean I can stay on track with SW? Does anyone have any suggestions?

Have you got a nandos near you, I had one the other day. Had half a roast chicken (with all the skin removed) and salad. My leader also said the spicy rice is one syn per portion. Add a diet coke and you've cracked it xxxMarch 2014 Grocery challenge £250.000

I don't know what's up with me but ever since Saturday I have been constantly hungry
I've eaten so much today (all within allowances) I feel completely stuffed! Had a couple of headaches so don't know if I'm a bit under the weather but hope it passes soon!!
The battery in my scales died on Saturday so haven't been able to weigh since then (I know I shouldn't - but I do!) maybe it's withdrawal symptoms lol. Getting a new battery tomorrow and am hoping I haven't done too much damage. Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -
Hullo all.
Grinned as I got off the scales this morning since they're showing a 4.5lb weight loss for my first proper SW week this year! Some of that is last week's pre-period bloat but still it looks good on the weight loss chart!
Last week was great and helped massively to save almost all of my syns for the weekend of, well, sinning! In-between general sinning, OH and I went out for lunch yesterday and I ordered a veggie sammich which turned out to have...wait for it...1227 calories!!!!! :rotfl: Just for the sammich and not for the chips that are served with it!!!! I've had to assume all those calories are in the bread and the little bit of pesto and cheese but maybe the healthy seeming mushrooms and stuff were somehow made out of lard?
Hope nobody is still wondering why America has a big obesity problem!
Does it hurt to save your syns then splurge every week?? I may have to find a more balanced way of doing this if it does!
Edited to say: Some of the same restaurant's salads were 1800 calories incidentally. Oh and they do this slice of cake with 2200. Mwa ha ha ha...probably shan't be going back too often!0 -

p-pincher - that's a stroke of genius! They've literally just opened one in the town centre so that could be a good shout! Fingers crossed my mate's as big a nando's fan as I am!! :T:T0 -
