I love them too!
Also last question I promise . . . Is it true that I can have baked beans as a HEB on a red day and if so how many?
142g baked beans in tomato sauce = 1 HEB on red day
Marion:)When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -

Only dry noodles are free, not the fresh/soft type as they contain oil to keep them soft! When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
marion and lisa :T:T:T:T
Well done on your fab losses!!
I am in no-mans-land at the moment. Only thing I can face eating is bread from the bread maker - fruit - bleurgh, yoghurt - double bleurgh - anything that isn't bread - ick. Shame that my body HATES wheat - but I am feeling generally cruddy so am feeding it what it says it wants.AM feeling a little sorry for myself - can you tell;)
Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Rupe - sounds like you're not having the greatest day!!
I have another wee question - I know that if you juice your fruit it counts as syns, I just squeezed a lemon over my salad with some pepper as a dressing - does that count as syns???

Me again!
I just had the most fab lunch (sorry, i'll calm down soon, i'm a bit excited at the mo!).
Jacket potato, with carrot and coriander soup over it, and two grilled and chopped slices of bacon on top (the ones that i didn't have for brekkie cos i was full of porridge!). Yum with an extra helping of yum
I like this diet, but i think i might burst!!
Question - the BOOK says that stock cubes are free - do they mean oxo cubes?
Ta, S xOh for Goodness' Sake!! Here we go again
Total debt £4,839.51 (Still adding it up though)

Hi, I'm wading my way back through the thread and have just seen reference to SW quiche which is free. I vaguely remember this from when I did SW several years ago but I don't have the recipe, could someone please share it?
Today my menu is:
Breakfast - Marion's rice with mixed berries
Snack - banana
Lunch - pasta salad and melon
Tea - taco pie (LO taco mince mixed with tinned toms and peppers, topped with sliced potatoes) with salad.
Might make it a green day and have the mince in the taco pie as 1 HEB and some cracker bread and laughing cow triangles as HEB2 and HEA.0
