They're just the same as regular potatoes as far as I remember! Which is a shame - I do love a nice sweet potato!

Well done on a fab weight loss Marion!! :j:rotfl::T
I'm back in with my head hanging in shame! I fell well and truly off the wagon over the weekend - well, actually in reality I only managed a half hearted attempt at getting started in the first place!
Onwards and upwards though, today is my clean slate, I got out the Wii Fit and weighed myself this morning and I've just been for my first jog/walk combo of the year! (Which has drastically reduced my appetite :T)
Foodwise, I haven't eaten anything yet today, but I'm going to have:
Brunch: Smoked Salmon salad, natural yoghurt and fruit salad
Dinner: Pork Stirfry
Question: Can I count noddles from my stir fry as a HEB?
Other than that I'm not sure yet, but I've plenty yoghurt/sugar free jelly to snack on if the need arises!
