    HI everyone

Well yesterday was my first day back on SW - and it was a 100% day (phew)

So - today is shaping up to be that way as well - I even gave away an Easter Egg that I received today...I never give away chocolate - I MUST be focused!

Am slightly irritated that I had to buy lunch today and there was mayonaise mixed with the tuna that I had on a jacket potato - so I am going to have to use all my syns on mayonaise  but on the other hand - it tasted REALLY nice:rotfl:

Don't know about you guys - but its evenings that are tough for me. I've just got into the habit of staying up too late, getting tired and feeling 'hungry'. If I can get through a week of making good choices in the evenings, I think I will be OK.
I totally am the same. I can be good all day and even as late as 11...just go off the rails and eat everyhting in sight.....Then I hate myself.....

All the best Cheeso! Hope you find 'The Way' somehow - let us know how you do! Best of luck!!

Actually, I think you should stick around, you know this works. Or just have a break and come back when you feel refreshed and ready to go.

    Best wishes anyway!

Thanks, I'm in a bit of a mess at the minute to be honest, a few stresses at home (well more than a few!) and planning for sw seemed like extra stress. I know it's an easy plan and I can stick to it and like it. Like you say maybe a break is best. I would of liked to stick around here but felt like a bit of a fraud as I've been here for weeks and not stuck to plan never mind be able to help anyone else! :o

One of the main problems at home has now been sorted so maybe I'll get back to it soon, need to do something because seeing the extra flab isn't helping with my mood!

Sorry for being a drama queen, everything just seems up in the air at the minute.

    Hello all,

Sorry been away! Manically busy with wedding plans & now I have a full time job too - after 7 months unemployment it's a shock to the system.

Not doing well with packed lunches (fajita wraps & smoky bacon walkers today :o) but lost 1.5lbs tonight (which I've already lost as it were as I put some on last week :o )

Anyway, will try to catch up with you all soon!

    C xx :hello:

Yeah I only worked 2 days last week & one day was an egg salad but I know I'll get sick of them fairly quick (plus they aren't half expensive from the sarnie van!). I need to get prepared but just can't find time at the mo - fancied a curry tonight and bought a jar of sauce for the first time ever :o - it wasn't even that good - our own SW ones are much better!
Think I'll go for the soup or noodles tomoro for lunch. Loving my baked beans on toast in the morning - really fills me up!
Work is only temp for a couple of months but will take me up until the wedding! :D

weighed in today... another 5lb loss :j how i did it i do not know as the last fortnight has been really hard for me.. been nibbling all the time and going over my syns more than i should be... but i am going to try my best to not have more than 15 syns from now on! (unless of course i'm having a flexi-syn evening :D)

    Today - EE day

B - wholemeal toast (heb) with 2tsp of clover light (2), cup of tea

    S - Pink and white (2.5 syns)

L - went to wagamama with my sister.. had grilled chicken katsu curry with a nice salad on the side :) Allowed 6syns for the curry sauce as is v v similar to chip shop curry sauce. Had half glass bottle of coke (i asked for diet - gave me non diet - i noticed too late - boo) (3.5)

D - Moussaka (recipe posted earlier) counted parmesan as hea - all other ingredients were syn free - woo!!

S- had choc biscuit with cuppa this evening... (3.5)

Total syns = 17.5... er.... :o actually 1 syn for the 2 dashes of milk in my tea earlier so 18.5 syns.. oh dear...
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

There's always pasta n sauces.. i've whacked them in the microwave at work before now :) just dont succumb to the golden wonder pasta pots - they are disgusting!! (imo)

temp or not, i bet its given your confidence a boost tho! :) Well done :) :j i'm really pleased for you :D
