Hi everyone,
Think I'm going to be leaving you. I just can't stick to this diet! I think I'm having a good day where I've eaten loads and because I feel so full I feel like I've blown it so go and blow it anyway if that makes sense. Feel like a it of a failure because it is a fab plan and you've all done really well. Just think I need a few more boundries!
Think I'm going to gatecrash over in os weight loss board and just try to eat better and move more.
Sorry for wasting your time, been chatting here for a good few weeks and never stuck to the plan for more than 2 days at a time:o and not lost a pound
Thanks for all your help and good luck :beer:0 -
Cheese addict,
Don't feel like a failure. Its not easy to stick to any healthy eating plan.
If you change your mind we will still be here! I've tried numerous diet and definitely feel that SW is the best there is. You can be full and still have stuck to it, in fact I very rarely am hungry when following the plan. I find it difficult if I am not the one making the food, be that take aways or convenience food or eating out.0 -

Hi All,
Weighed in yesterday and lost another 2lbs!
Only another 1.5lbs to reach 3stone!
Will try my best to do it this week but i'm going out drinking with a mate for the first time in 4 years! Think i will totally blow my syns for the day, but i will make sure i will have plenty of superfree foods during the day!
Easter has been fine, did receive 2 eggs and 6 packs of rolos!
Does anyone know how many syns are in the cadbury egg (the big hollow one)? It weighs 108grams i think i worked it out to be 28syns but confirmation would be brilliant!
Also, does anyone have Scan Bran alot? If so, how do you eat it? e.g. with what?0
