Knew I was going out to a friends so had a veg stir fry at 4.30 to fill me up before we went out
now here it goes belly up
went to a friends for tea (as it is good friday i can't eat meat) told her not to worry about doing me food but she insisted she would do something suitable ............ She did a low fat supermarket pizza (had a third) 13 syns 2 slices of garllic bread pizza (11 syns)and a few low fat chips (luckly DS ate most the chips off my plate)!!! I did avoid the alcohol and the pudding

Am out tomorrow night with hubby to cinema am going to make a fruit salad to pick at to avoid the pop corn and have made the speed soup to have before we go out and can have a bit when we get back. Really struggling with this motivation a bit. I really need to lose a 1lb this week otherwise i think i'll end up packing it in. I need the loss to stay motivated grrrrrr

Hey, Wendy - don't apologise, that's what the forum is for. Apart from anything else, you might just be having a moan but your post was really interesting and had a few ideas I had never thought of and some stuff I didn't know!

We are all entitled to do that wendyphant - don't stress about it (as my daughter would say:rotfl:) I always enjoy reading your posts - you make a good contribution to this forum. Don't forget that one bad day or even bad week does not break a diet - it is just a little blip in your new life time of healthy eating!

Hello to all the newbies and well done to all the losers
I've decided to have the weekend off. Had my 3 nephews to sleep over last night so that of course meant too many unhealthy nibbles  and my mum has got my ds tonight so that means vodka, this wouldn't be too bad it's the hangover tomorrow where I'll be wanting grease and bread thats the problem! She doesn't have him overnight that often, especially on a Saturday so just going to restart on Monday.

    Have a good weekend everyone!!

Thank you so much really kind of you:o
Have had my brekkie - weetabix with hot water and milk .I know it sounds yuk but mum always made it with hot water to soften it and then add milk when we were babies being weaned and i still love it it is warm and filling and it uses very little milk so have loads left for my tea and coffee through the day. I have also had a grapefruit, Ds tried some thinking it was a big orange his face was a picture and apparently it was the "wapefoots fault mr poo came out" oh well lol

Not sure what to do for lunch am pottering around the house sp might make a spag bol and if i have that before we go out i will feel quite full and will avoid that pop corn.

Tea is windy soup lol - you know what that is :rotfl:

Just found my easter treat off OH he bought me a box of hotel chocolate small individual bunnies whish are 4 syns each so i can have 1 a day rather than an egg which is also 1 a day but not 4 syns:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

will post later to see if i have avoided that pop corn or have i crawled on the floor at the end picking up bit:D I love pop corn and don't think i have ever gone to cinema with out it oh well a first for everything
