You should eat enough to satisfy your appetite, and as long as your plate is always at least 1/3 superfree foods you should be fine! Well done for having your syns - fingers crossed you should have a good loss (barring any chocolate accidents over Easter!) next week:)

I didn't weigh this week
I copped right out. I did something stupid and stood on my wii (I do this every week not for a value just to see that it is going in the right direction) Had a fit +6 lb HOW????? I was good after my weekend in london 10 days ago had loads of stirfries to get the veg in was soooooooo gutted I didn't go last night. Got on scales today that gain is down to 3lb !!! I shouldn't have gone on them. Well I am determind to be really really good now. I have even been cruel to my som only got him 1 egg (he is 3 he doesn't know what is going on) and I got him a toy story one because i don't like that chocolate but if i had got him a cadburys one that would have been leathal.
New week new start but am getting very disheartened I was 4 lb off my stone and 10 lb off my target and am struggling with enthusiasm:happyhear YUMMY MUMMY TO HENRY BEAR AGED 10:happyhearslimming world need to get back to target 25lb to goDisney World here we come May 2018:j0 -
I've had what Marion called a chocolate accident (well, many of them) today. With luck, when I tot up my syns at the end of the SW week, Tuesday, and average them out, I will still be below 15 per day.
re the wind question, I honestly thought it WAS the cat in this house. Maybe I'm just so used to me doing it that I no longer am aware. Oh dear.
Wendy, perhaps it's a late reaction to your London trip and it will all be gone by next week; hope so.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Wendy, I wouldn't rely on the wi fit with regards to your weight - yesterday mine told me I was 4 pound heavier than the day before and then just 10 minutes later it said I was a pound lighter than the day before!:rotfl:Hadn't been to the toilet or anything lol.
Also my scales told me I'd put on 4lb last weds so nearly didn't go to WI but as it was I'd STS and when I got home that's exactly what my silly scales said too :think:
Having said all that, i continue to weigh myself at least 3 times a day which I know is foolish, but it's something I've always done and not easy to break the habit
Plus I usually find that when I have a really good week, the scales don't really move until the following week (providing I have a second good week).
I'm praying I can get through the easter wkend without stuffing my face with chocolate - that'll be a firstSome people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0 -
Its lovely and sunny here so planning on getting out with the kids for a long walk today. Going to have a look and see if theres any Easter things on in the area. It going to be a loooong 19 days til their back.
Since starting SW the one thing I dont crave so much any more is chocolate,I useed to eat loads of chocolate, but now im happy with one kit kat per day, so I should be safe over Easter. I do crave cake thoughso ill have to stay away from the hot cross buns.

i lost 2.5lb this week. am pleasantly surprised!

well i have put on 3lb this week i'm surprised as i have eat loads of bad stuff, i have had the worst stomach ache sthis week too.
so today im starting again, writing everything down and sticking to it. i know the plan works and i know how to do it. just going to put it all in action this week!
Marion i'm going to have to get a dog to blame the wind on.. rofl.
not eating my syns allowance never gives me a good weight loss, loads of others at my group say the same if that helps you.At last I have a signature.0 -
Had internet probs yesterday grrrr
Food was
B - 3 weetabix [b's] milk [a] coffee
L - pasta, toms, onions, passata. Babybel [a] muller
T - mash, beans, leftover pasta [odd combination but hey ho]
Snacks - banana x 2, bottle water
Syns - fruit n nut lolly [13]
Will post todays food later as not planned anything yet.
Am on hols for 2 weeks as work in school so may be a trying timeIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
