Could you go to a different class during the week? That still counts, because I checked the other day when I thought I wouldn't be able to make class.

That might work for one of the weeks, thanks! Alas it's very limited in Belfast so there's only Monday to Wednesday nights but the one week I'm away for work the Monday might do me. Good thought.

Anyway got a question for you. I've got a lot of stuff on over the next little while and have realised that there will definitely be 5 classes I can't make between now and mid-June. I know you can get 3 weeks hols normally but is there any room for negotiation? Would have liked to go for another 12 week programme to keep me on the straight and narrow through this tricky time but don't want to end up paying for weeks I'm not going to be there. Guess the alternative is to let it go for a while and then restart again. Any views?

If you buy a Countdown you will need to tell the Consultant, when you buy it, that you will need holidays during the CD period. As long as she can book the weeks off, you CD will continue (ie: the end date will be further away IYKWIM).

In actual fact, you are allowed 6 weeks holiday in any one year without paying back fees (this doesn't apply on a CD though, you have to book the actual dates off).

Hope you can make sense of that - I'm not sure I can myself :rotfl:
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

Sorry not been on in a while, managed to put 1lb on this week and last meaning that i've gained 2lb in 2 weeks and i honestly don't know how! I've been counting everything, measuring my healthy extras and it's not happening, the only difference is the doctor has me on steroids but i'm losing inches I just want a weight loss to match it. So depressed :(
