I can honestly if I'd had an exploding microwave egg I can't remember it and I've been microwaving them for nearly 20 yrs (dumped the stove because I hated cleaning it, and for one it's just not cost-effective - though I have now treated myself to a halogen oven but I rarely use it).
My microwave is a high power one, but even with the older low power I NEVER used high to cook eggs. Always use somewhere between halfway and full, but never full/high power. And always puncture your little eggs in both the yolk and the white. And always cover lightly - just in case.
Thinking about it (which I rarely do), I normally cover my cooking bowls with a pyrex plate (I'm too cheap, I mean MoneySaving, to buy special microwave equipment) but with eggs I wouldn't use the plate just in CASE there was a massive explosion as the plate might damage the glass door. But truly, I have not had explosions; I cook them in the mike without a second thought.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

back from weigh in, STS this week which I'm fairly happy with, after a big loss a couple of weeks ago, and then a bit of an off week the one after I'm glad that my weight has stayed steady, so on with this week now...will be writing EVERYTHING down, and drinking lots of water and the odd diet coke, only thing that would effect this week is the possibility of going to the pub for a couple on saturday night, but since it's not a big night out I'm confident I'll be able to control that.0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100

Asda do burgers called Braveheart burgers by the butcher Malcolm Allen that are free (someone in my class said). They say on the packet the are scottish slimmer approved and only 80 something calories. The are very very nice, and when you cook then no fat comes out.
I suspect that they might only be in Scottish Asdas. You get either 6 small or 4 large burgers in a pack, and two packs for a fiver.0 -
Well, last night's slice of lemon cake turned into 1/8th of the M&S sticky toffee pudding you got with the Mothers Day deal. I'd already calculated it to be 85syns for the whole thing so 1/8th of it = 10 syns... But 1/8th of it was measley... but i had to say it was delicious!!!
Today is another Green Day
