thanks catt, never know what to expect cos my scales seem to shwo em losing weight then day before and morning fo WI it jumps back up again
i doen well the first week then ive basically maintained as an average for the following three, like one pound on, one off then half on etc
but sticking to diet too and eating plenty speed foods like veg and beans, peas etc xxxx0 -

does anyone do poached eggs in microwave? i got some of those plastic poachers off ebay for microwave, says to cook for 1 min, then stand for 20 seconds and cook for another 30 seconds but the yolk was hard
anyone used them and know cooking time for soft yolk but hard white/ thanks in advance xxx0 -
hi! not been round for ages so thought i'd pop my head in - been lurking as usual! green day today...
b - bran flakes, s/s milk (hea + heab) and fruit salad
l - pasta salad
d - going to make some veggie soup tonight
upped the body magic this week, body attack on sunday, ab attack and body pump on monday, gym sesh tonight (hoping to get onto the power plate and will do a mix of treadmill and rower) and planning to go to another class on friday or saturday. i think this nice weather is helping motivate me.

Wow we have a lot of losers so far this week!! :j Well done all! :T
Didn't post yesterday but this is what i had - EE day
B - 28g Jordan's Museli (HEB) with Milk (HEA) cup of tea
L - Cooked Chicken from Morrisons Deli (yummy!)
S - Apple, banana, clementine, canteloupe melon, honeydew melon, mullerlight yog, pink and white 2.5syns
D - saveloy and chips and a gherkin17.5 syns for chips, 6.5syns for the saveloy and gherkin was freeeeeee!!
Total syns yesterday = 26.5 (:eek:)
Today is Green day
B - Porridge (HEB1) with milk (HEA1)
L - Egg mayo salad (1syn for mayo) with cucumber and toms
S - Hi-Fi Bar (HEb2), clementine, banana, mullerlight yog, melon (as yesterday)
D - quorn sausage pasta bake with cheese (HEA2). Mix, quorn sausage, mushrooms, onion, herbs, passata, add linguine(i like long pasta but any pasta i guess is ok) put in dish add cheese and grill - yummy! Its my own creation lol :rotfl:
Total syns today - 1syn! So am gonna have a small lemon slice cake (GFY range @ Asda) later to make it up to 5synsAll hail to the sale!!!!!! :beer:

The only time I ever did eggs in my microwave, it took about an hour to clean the yolk off the inside of the m/wave, lol. I've been having a pretty good few days (compared to what I'm like at home!!) Edinburgh's obviously doing me good
Today is EE as I don't know what we're doing for dinner tonight.
B; bacon, mushrooms & fried eggs
L; fruit salad & SF Irn Bru
D; TBC (possibly fish, oven chips (about 3syns) & mixed veg)
Sy; poss glass of wine and a little bit of the galaxy chocolate that I bought but don't really fancy!
