Can I just report my first (of many I hope) proper food optimising day in AGES!!

I have had 11.5 syns - have one HEB left to have and rocked the free food! AM quite chuffed - and am about to have a go on the Wii Fit (yes I got one - I LOVE it - even if my Wii Mii looked like a Weeble with legs;))
Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Thanks to BarmyCow, I have now tried the butter buds and find them delicious. I had 2 on a jacket potato as I put too much water in first one so had to add a 2nd sachet:o .
Trouble is I've forgotten where to buy them and how many syns each one is. Anyone know?

Don't know of any meat ones but Sainsbury's meat-free burgers (frozen section) are really low, I think - something like half a syn. Haven't had them for a while so maybe someone could check (please) just to be sure as I know these things can change. They are really quite nice especially with some salad or spicy relish, in the garden, sun shining, long cool drink, friends...
