Can I just report my first (of many I hope) proper food optimising day in AGES!!
I have had 11.5 syns - have one HEB left to have and rocked the free food! AM quite chuffed - and am about to have a go on the Wii Fit (yes I got one - I LOVE it - even if my Wii Mii looked like a Weeble with legs;))Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side

Thanks to BarmyCow, I have now tried the butter buds and find them delicious. I had 2 on a jacket potato as I put too much water in first one so had to add a 2nd sachet:o .
Trouble is I've forgotten where to buy them and how many syns each one is. Anyone know?0 -

Food today
B - you guessed it, 3 weetabix [both b's] milk [a] coffee
L - playground dutyww wrap [5syns], toms, cue, sandwich spread [1syn], babybel [a] muller, snackajack [2.5syns] frenchfries [4syns]
T - roasted veg, mash, beans, diet cola [ate too much veg, feel sick :silenced:
snacks - banana, carrot sticks, water
Syns - 12.5Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Today was my first day on extra easy.
B - 1 x bread - healthy B
tsp jam - not sure how many syns?
L - prawns, chicken, lettuce, celery, tomato salad with potatoes - free
15ml salad cream light - not sure how many syns?
T- chicken, plum tomato sauce and mushrooms (home made) mash and carrots - free
Snacks - tablespoon raisins - not sure how many syns?
small glass milk - healthy A
shortbread biscuit (it fell into my mouth and demanded that I eat it) - 4.5 syns
so i think im probably under 15 syns today0 -
Evening all.
Doing ok today, feeling a bit down cos I hate where I'm living but trying to make a concious effort not to turn to naughty foods when I'm feeling blue lol
B: Egg, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, beans.
L: completely missed it as we had a new lady arrive today so was a bit mental so by the time I remeber to eat I had to go out on the school run!
T: Turkey burger, Wholemeal roll (HEb) cheese (HEa) SW chips, loadsa salad.
EL mayo (1 syn) Peri peri (0.5 syns)
I did make another burger later on but only ate half so (3.5 syns)
And a packet of quavers (4.5 sys)
Total: 9.5 syns0 -

Don't know of any meat ones but Sainsbury's meat-free burgers (frozen section) are really low, I think - something like half a syn. Haven't had them for a while so maybe someone could check (please) just to be sure as I know these things can change. They are really quite nice especially with some salad or spicy relish, in the garden, sun shining, long cool drink, friends...
