  • I need to start doing some body magic, I'm a bit limited as I have the baby ALL THE TIME, so thought about just walking every day.
I have to drive my son to school as it's nearly 3 miles away, but thought I could take the baby out for a long walk in his pram every day.

I've just been told I've got sciatica too today so want to start strengthening up all my muscles, it's going to hurt alot but the doc says it should clear up within 8 weeks, although I am doubtful as I've had the pain for about 3 years!

bit of a weird one, but has anyone given blood before and then gone for a weigh in? My weigh in is thursday morning, and I'm considering donating (I've never done it before), either weds or thursday (after weigh in), but I'm kind of put off to go on wednesday and then have a 'false' weight on the scales simply because I've got less blood, I wouldnt mind if it was about a 1lb difference, but if makes much more of a difference than that I don't want to appear to have gained the following week...

Morning everyone - well done all on some fantastic losses :T
OK - today is GOING to be a good day! Yesterday I didn't have time to eat during the day (wolfing down a couple of sandwiches whilst driving at lunchtime was the extent of it) and when I got home I ate whatever I could find in the cupboards:(

Salmon and veg is about to go in the slow cooker for my tea (yum yum yum) and I have PLENTY of free food in the house - so come on Rupe - get your act together!

BTW went for it and bought a Wii Fit Plus - love it! BUT I'm going to have to get my trainers on and go out for a run or slightly more hardcore aerobic exercise as well. having said that, the muscle and yoga exercises are certainly showing up muscles I didn't realise I had;)
Onward and upward - with the odd step to the side
