Hello all!!! I have decided to give slimmers world another blast but have just found out that my mate has thrown away the ‘bible’ that tells you the SYNs in everything  – I only gave it to her as she said that slimmers world sounded good!!
Does anyone know where I can get another from – Im not able to go to the meetings as its on a day when I go to the gym (only started the other week). I have tried Ebay but they only seem to have the eating out book at the moment0 -

I did them for a 100g portion as I don't know the portion size - remember it is bound to be more than 100g:)
The first one is 16 and the other one is 15.5 - I put down that the pasta was free in the calculator. When life hands you lemons, ask for tequilla and salt and give me a call!!!0 -
Thanks retiredlady!
Although i'm very shocked, for a tomato based pasta dish that is a lot of syns! It was the Pizza Hut Arribatta Pasta, and the Tori Tomato and Pasta Bake. I was thinking around 6 syns hahah. The Arribatta is a 450g portion, and the bake is a 400g portion. I used the large portion values from the nutrition table though..... might have to re-think my options!Slimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR
