Didn't think you could carry HE's over to next day, I may be wrong but as the allowence is 2 each on red/ green or 1 each on EE surely you would be having to many if carried over. Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I know your not meant to but it's such a tiny amount thats leftover so the cheese is about 5grams worth! so figured it wouldn't be an issue. I'll syn it if needs be

Hello all!!! I have decided to give slimmers world another blast but have just found out that my mate has thrown away the ‘bible’ that tells you the SYNs in everything  – I only gave it to her as she said that slimmers world sounded good!!
Does anyone know where I can get another from – Im not able to go to the meetings as its on a day when I go to the gym (only started the other week). I have tried Ebay but they only seem to have the eating out book at the moment
It's the Food Directory that you want for all the syn values and I've just had a look on eBay where they seem to be going for around £20 - £25 + p&p
If you got one from a group it would cost you around £7.50. Can you not find someone who does go to a group and ask them to pick up a Food Directory for you?
I despise the people who sell them on at these hugely inflated prices so I really hope you don't buy from one of them.
Oh and by the way, it's Slimming World (not slimmers world)
Great weight losses about - well done you lot!!I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
Well done on the losses guys!
At our group today one of the girls one the greatest slimmer, she's lost almost 4.5 stone since 27th July last year, she bought in some before pics, OMG!!!!!
B: Bran flakes HEb, Milk HEa (not again, wasn't worth wasting my HE's on!
L: small jacket spud, leftover Tuna, salad (2.5 syns)
T: sirloin steak, new potatoes, Mange tout, Baby corn and Gravy (2 syns) = omg it was soooooooooo nice!
Morries Muller for pudding.
Oh and a packet of cheese and onion walkers crisps, just trying to get the syns for them online. (6.5syns)
Total: 11.5 syns0
