Today is a green day for me.
B - 28g Shreddies & 200ml semi skimmed milk (HeA & HeB)
L - Banana, apple & grapes.
D - Lettuce, cucumber & potatoes with Flora Ex. Light (1)
Snacks: ASDA Low fat yog (1.5) pasta twirls & sainsburys light pasta sauce (2.5)
Total Syns = 5
going to have some toast or ryvita's later for my other HeB, took some calcium supplements too, so that will hopefully make up for my other HeA choice. Evening all.
I've been good today, well I say good, I completely missed out on Lunch due to being stuck on the M25 then going to see my poorly Nanny.
B: EE fry up, yummers! HEb 2 slices of nimble. 1tsp clover light (1syn)
L: missed it, opps! did half a few of the baby's quavers though, so i'd round it to half a pack, not sure of the syns and cant be bothered to look it up now as it's just taken me half hour just to get on here and post, damn dongle!
T: Jacket tattie, tuna made with 1TBSP el mayo (0.5syns) 1 TBSP salad cream (2syns) loadsa salad, 1tsp clover light (1syn)
I'd say I've had about 8 syns and thats over compensating.
Hot my first WI tommorrow, very nervous but excited! x
really need to go to bed now, i'm shatterd!

i have decided not to even start counting the syn's i had yesterday and am going back to the soup today for the next 3 days lol
yesterday i had
breakfast - egg, bacon, white bread
lunch - nothing
dinner - roast potatoes , turkey, gravy , stuffing, veg,
pudding - xmas pudding , double cream, home made brandy butter.
snacks - 3 cupcakes
hmmmm i was going to say i dont like mothers day but that would be a lie i loved it!
back to the real world and going to make pea soup! mmm0 -

Back from weigh in - lost another 2 lb !!!:j:j:D:D
I have been good all week but yesterday was my daughters birthday as well as mothers day and I was worried that I would blow it:o However common sense prevailed and I managed to stay on plan except for a rather large slice of New York Cheesecake that we had as a birthday cake. I had been looking forward to it all week but to be honest it wasn't as nice as I thought it would be/remembered! I found it very very sweet and had to force myself to finish it (but I did:rotfl:)
