Can some kind person remind me which sausages are syn free please?

I have just looked up tesco value mince and was shocked to see 10.5 syns per 100g, is it still thhat high if fat is drained off?
Am worried now about how many syns I have miscounted over the weeks

I am on a very low income and lean mince is out of my budget.:(
What about quorn, or frozen lean mince from Iceland.
I know Morrisons eat smart fresh sausages are free.
How many of you are there?
I bought 2 packs of EL mince for £5 and can get 4 meals out of that, not really sre if thats cost effective.
• hi, all. Just a quick post today, I think i've done really well today as I ate out! and was good, didn't cave in to the hunters chicken or a wrap and chips.

Breakfast - Shreddies & milk (HeA & HeB)
Lunch - Chicken Caesar salad (no dressing)
Tea - 2 Tesco healthy living sausages (1), lean bacon & egg on 1 slice of wholemeal toast & baked beans.

I just wanted to know how many syns on Red/Original
Sainsbury's Reduced Sugar & Salt Baked Beans In Tomato Sauce 220g were. I'll either go EE and syn the bread or go red and syn the beans then I can have a cereal bar later on for HeB's.

Butter Buds

Evening everyone - I had a happy loss of 3.5lb this week, really felt I needed to make an effort after my 1.5 gain last week (star week). Would have been SOTW but for some chap losing another 4.5lb (grrrr :rotfl:).

Anyway, I noticed on an earlier post that someone had suggested Butter Buds as an alternative to marg/spread. I bought some of these a couple of months ago and cannot get on with them for love nor money so if anyone would like me to post 3 or 4 sachets to them so that they can try, just pm me your details and I'll send these out. I also do the postal research so the stamps are on me. I probably have enough to send to 7 or 8 people so don't be shy.

Just received my Race for Life 10k pack today so I had better think about training soon - although set up my Wii today so will spend a few days playing with that - I'm very excited.:j
I was going to take over the world but got distracted by something sparkly.......

:oHi all - I've coming slinking back to the thread:rotfl:

A couple of viruses and generally carpy few months put paid to my weight loss - quite frankly what I eat has been the last thing on my mind - and am yet again under the weather BUT tomorrow is a good day to start again.

So I think that I am back where I started in January - but who cares right? No point dwelling on it all - so PLEASE PLEASE send a bit of encouragement my way. :D

I've just found this on the SW web site:

• Do you like ice cream? We have a great tip for low-Syn toffee ice cream with a twist… Crush a 21.5g bag of Maltesers, and stir into 2 Toffee Müllerlight yogurts and a large tub of fat free fromage frais. Pop it in the freezer for a couple of hours, stir occasionally, and hey presto a 5 Syn sweet snack for the whole tub! Try it with other flavours of Müllerlight*, and add chopped fresh fruit for a change!
I will be trying this one after weigh in on Monday:D

Welcome back rupe! Never mind 'slinking', hold your head up and start again!! We all have times when it seems we are going backwards, but if you have been ill you need to nurture yourself, not give yourself a hard time. Try to eat healthily and start making plans for what you are going to eat once you are well again and able to motivate yourself. Now that the sun is shining again (well, it was here today) you'll soon feel much more able to get back into it - just think of those lovely summery clothes and golden brown skin!! ;)
