Just back from 3 weeks in tenerife and glad to say only 4lb on dreaded the scales so was pleased with that.
Hopefully by my next weigh in on Wed some might have gone and I am sure going to try hard as I had a struggle getting off 10lb before i went on holiday
glad to be back and lots of reading to do

Syn Free Ice Cream
- Stir 2 x 200g pots of Müllerlight (or other Free) yogurts and 1 x 500g pot very low fat natural fromage frais together, sweeten to taste with artificial sweetener and pop in a freezer-proof tub.
- Place in the freezer and lightly whip approximately every 30 minutes to break down any ice crystals that are forming. Your ice cream should be ready in a couple of hours

Some weeks it gets you like that , it's best to draw a line under bad days and start again. sometimes mixing the days up helps too as we all get stuck in a rut foodwise sometime
Is there any chance it could be hormonal i tend to get hungry in the run up to my * week and i reatain about 6LB's of fluid too!! my leader was a bit shocked by my cycle i just ignore the gains as it usually drops off by the following week anyway. Ruins my chances of Slimmer of the week though :rotfl:*****
