  • I've just had a snicker. . . . and a cheddar babybel!! After my kfc last night I feel like I've messed up this week anyway :( Don't know why I do it, I have no willpower, it doesn't really help that its not shopping day until Tuesday so I am quickly running out of free things to snack on, and I'm a big snacker! It's not weigh in until Monday evening so I suppose if I worked really hard I could turn it around? Once I get it into my head I've messed up I can't get it out :o

Sorry for the rant, think my oh is a bit sick of hearing it though, I moan about wanting to be slimmer while shovelling a snicker into my mouth :rotfl::rotfl:

A meal out tonight seeing as a pub near us was doing 2 meals for a fiver! I had gammon, egg & chips... cut all the fat off the gammon that I could & declined my usual tomato ketchup, no idea how many syns the chips would have been though. I did scrape a sizable portion of them onto my boyfriend's plate.

B: 2x Weetabix (HEb), milk (HEa) & banana

    L: Jacket potato & beans

    T: Gammon, fried egg (1/2) & chips (?)

Snacks: Muller Light banana & custard

Activity: 1 hour on the Wii Fit

    Total Syns: ?

Ok, i need some help as i have searched online but i can't find the answer.. does anyone know how many syns a MR NOODLES chicken flavour cup is?? - the ones from Costco? had one at a friends so i haven't got the calories etc on me, failing that i will count it as 5syns!!

Pot Noodles are 6.5 on green/EE - I guess that would be the closest.

I cook my fried eggs quite slowly Kath on a lowish heat - this leaves the yolk a little runny but the white fully cooked (uncooked white makes me heave!)

All is not lost! I think everyone has days like that, just forget it and start fresh tomorrow, the more you get stressed about it the more you will eat (or thats what i would do..:rotfl:) I find that when i am having a day when i want to eat crap, i start with a can of diet coke and a big bowl of grapes. If this doesn't work.. a toffee muller light.. and then maybe hm sweet potato wedges (green day) If you have chocolate in the house stick it in the freezer whole.. so you can't be tempted and if you are you cannot devour it in seconds :D stay positive x
