    how good are the actifrys?

i googled them online but some said they are good and some said they are hard to clean and are prone to catching fire so was a bit put off

also doing sw chips in them whats the syn value? how much oil does it need and what portion size does it hold

i kno they are dear but was wondering if they are worth it for the chips lol

    thanks in advance xxx

There's a thread on here which tends to suggest they aren't as good as they ought to be for the price. I have been fancying one myself but have decided to wait till they come up with a more robust version.

wow well done guys they are great losses,
would it slow loss down if you dont eat your healthy extras? xxx

It probably wouldn't make much difference to your weight losses, but it would leave you without the necessary nutrients to remain healthy AND it would mean you weren't actually following the plan ;)

You'll get the very best results from having a big variety of foods and your HEs every day if at all possible.

Well I didn't give in to the snickers (yet :o ) but I have just had a ham sandwhich, already had my B choice for today though and instead of syning the bread I was wondering if I could use it as tommorrows B choice? I'm at 12 syns already today and like I said if the wine gets the better of me it'll take me well over :o:o. . . . Hope that makes sense?

Personally I would chop the Snickers up into about 10 pieces (1½ syns a piece) and put in the freezer out of harm's way, lol. If you feel the need for a little treat you could have a piece every day while the rest remains frozen.

You can't officially hold HEs over from one day to the next - the idea being that you could end up feeling deprived and therefore go off the rails altogether.

It would be better to just write today off....forget it and carry on with the plan tomorrow. The chances are it won't make a difference to your weigh-in, especially as you've just started.
