Cheeseaddict,
is it too late in the day to have a red day? That way you could have it as your second b choice.
I would say you could use it as tomorrows b choice but you might find it hard tomorrow to not have a b at all.
Snickers is 16 syns. Chuck it in the bin, or if you might be tempted to get it out the bin, break it up and flush it!0 -
Superspeed food ....
Despite sticking to the plan I am finding my weight is just not coming off quick enough... I wsa thinking of trying to have a few days a week eating mainly super speed food. I was wondering if anyone has tried this, and if so did you get a good weight loss?
Was thinking weetabix for brekkie with mixed berries and yoghurt, tuna and bean salad for lunch, not sure for dinner...some sort of fish and beans and veg and only ss fruit as snacks.
Any suggestions???0 -
Thanks for speedy reply! Good idea about changing to red day, I did have a couple of tsp's of savoury rice but because it was cold it was too hard so binned it. Can't see that doing too much damage?
16?! Going to give it to my dad in a minute when he comes to get ds, & yes I would definatley be tempted to get it out of the bin:rotfl:
Thanks Lynne0 -

Lynne I try to have one meal (either lunch or dinner) of soup for about 5 out of 7 days, (home made with veg stock, courgettes, tinned toms, carrots, onion, leek, celery, sweet pepper) I'm veggie so I'm on the green plan all the time, so it's just to avoid having too much rice/pasta/jacket potatoes and slowing down my loss, I do find this helps. I tend to put a spoonful of cottage cheese in the bottom of the bowl (may be weird to some ppl but I love this) and I often use my HeA of cheese grated on top with some worcester sauce, I've started having a boiled egg with it too for some protein, and for a bit more substance. I do love soup though which helps, don't try it if it's going to drive you nuts if you really want meat and veg.
I skipped WI this morning after a heavy weekend, have been back on plan and writing down since yesterday.0lbs/18lbs to get to club 100 -
Hi everyone. Just popping on to post my food diary for today
Having an EE day today.
Breakfast: 2 slices of wholemeal toast (HeB) & can't believe it's not butter light (2)
Lunch: Tuna, lettuce, cucumber, spring onions & peppers + Tesco cheese curls (3.5)
Tea: Gonna be making lasagna tonight for me and OH. Hopefully will be nice, i'm basically making up the recipe, haha. I think it should turn out nice anywaysI really hate cheese sauce on lasagne so i'm not missing out there, gonna put my HeA red leictershire cheese on the top instead.
oh, and congrats on all the amazing losses this week!! well done all!
I'm trying to stick to plan 100% this week and next week, it's the two week term break coming up and I will be going back home and want to look great! so hoping for a good two week's losses. xxSlimming WorldWeek 1 B]-7[/B Week 2 B]+1[/B Week 3 B]STS[/B Week 4 COLOR=DarkOrange]STS-3-2[/B Week 7 COLOR=Red]-1+2[/B Week 9 COLOR=Red]-2[/COLOR
