muller lights are free including the ones with the chocolate bits but not the one with the cherry layer at the bottom, sugar free jelly pots have syns, normally about 1 each and natural fat free yogurt is free!

oops didn't know that mince had to be extra lean :o

I'm a silly billy, just realised the mince I have been eating IS extra lean :rotfl:
However in my search for it I have found that it's 59p cheaper at Asda so will be stocking up on it next time I'm there :D

Has anyone tried the ww korma sauce? Just got myself a jar but am wondering if it is worth the syns - 10.5 per jar. I don't usually have that many syns a day but thought it may be nice as a treat.

I use sauces from time to time but I cook for a family of 4. One jar is enough which makes my portion on 2.5 syns which is fine with me!
